The research is based on the topic of talent management impact over HR functioning. In respect to
same, the personal benefit can be gained in dual manner i.e. ascertaining of knowledge about talent
management activities and understanding the importance of same in functioning of HR activities so
able to improve overall personality. The benefit of same can be gathered in professional career as
provide ability in effective functioning HR activities along with retention of employees within an
organization for longer period of time. The internal professional benefit associated with this point is
about getting of higher opportunities and growth in organization from where easy to build the sound

professional career in industry. It is ascertained from the overall description that research on this topic
help in dual development of a person i.e. personal and professional aspect along with gaining of
knowledge about the practices of talent management and HR.

Literature review introduces to the process of gathering secondary information through secondary
sources i.e. books, journals, magazines, publication research etc. These sources will help in gathering
of secondary data that result in attainment of project objectives through project questions. Therefore,
questions of the current project will be explained as below:
What is the impact of talent management in improving business performance of Crockett & Jones?
As per Wright (2018), talent management is a way with the help of which professionals manage and
develop employees for delivering higher business performances. In context to Crockett & Jones, talent
management impacts positively towards business performance as it develops high performing culture in
which managers initiate to manage talents more effectively to bring changes that leads to highest
standards.
