business success. Employers or superiors are looking forwards to leadership skills at every level
of company whether it is a top level, middle level, or lower level(Sharififard, Opong, 2019).
Leadership approaches are the approaches or methods which are use by an organisation. In
context of British airways, company is using effective leadership approaches and styles. These
styles helps the company and employees in making them more productive and motivates them.
Leadership styles are continuum, starting from autocratic style and ends with laissez faire
style. In context of British airways, company is using leadership styles which helps them in
