1.0 INTRODUCTION
Change refers to the aspect which transform the current state of the individual or the
organsiation to get the effectiveness in them. As per the current situation, change can integrated
to the several factors by which the company have to modify their several factors so that they can
get the change according to the market situation. This is the continuous process pf change so
that they can meet the aspect of the business environment (PTOE, 2018). Moreover, the current
business situation requires the adoptability, dynamic so that they can attain the higher
profitability and growth within the organsiation. For this report, Verdant Leisure and Bridge
Leisure organsiation is considered which is operating business in UK. They both are offering
the accommodation the holiday park to their prospective customers. This report will cover the
comparison of various organisations in context to identify the impact of change on their
techniques and operations & also evaluate the ways in which the internal & external business
drivers of change that is impacting on leadership, team & individual behaviour within the
organisation.
2.0 An overview of the organisation and it’s change processes.
Verdant is the is holiday park company which is providing the self-catering lodge &
caravan holidays also holiday home ownership in Northern England & Scotland. It gives
the simple access of main travel routes & cities (Guterman, 2020). It means free of stress,
efforts & money when the individual wants to travel or need accommodation.
Mission
The mission statement of the company is committed to promoting the sustainable
tourism and promoting the natural environment by providing the sustainable tourism.
Vision
The vision statement of the company is aiming to make the more environmentally
conscious and helps the customers to do some more whilst visiting the location.
3.0 A PEST/SWOT analysis to be undertaken to identify drivers of change
PESTLE analysis is the framework of identify the macro factors which is impact the externa
business environment so that they can get the effectiveness in the business by understanding the

various aspect of the business so that they can meet the change within the business enterprises. In
context of Verdant Leisure, there are various factors which is associated with the firm and they
can evaluate them in order to understand the effectiveness in the organsiation and the factors is
explained as follows:
Political factor: these are the factors which includes political stability rules regulation that
has been imposed by the government. Deriving a huge impact on an organisation and
change within the political scenario affect the overall functionality of the business
enterprises. In context of Verdant Leisure, there is a huge impact of Brexit. This is mainly
affects organsiation due to the political instability and the Functionality of the business is
going out of track due to change in the policies and regulation across the nation. This it is
important for the Verdant Leisure to change its organisational polices and action plan so
that they can sustain in the changing environment. It has the adverse impact on the
leadership and their team & individual behaviour. Main reason is also same was that
continuous changing of strategies within the company induced feeling of stress in the
workplace. Moreover, leaders & manager must set the entire organisational structure &
systems that is having a difficult activity.
Economical factor: It includes the economic performance of nations and in case of
Verdant Leisure, the UK economy is facing the economy recession. This affects in the
evident from the fact that there is a downfall in the value of pound (Schiff, 2019).
Moreover, there is a increase in the unemployment and the main reduction in economic
growth. Thus, it is important to have the shift its price lower, provide more employment
opportunities etc. Leader must require communicating in an effective manner with the
team and the individuals as their pay scale might be reduced, that is prominent to ensure
the uniformity in positive organisational behaviour.
Social factor: As the people are becoming more aware that require more innovative
services and personalize attention to them. In this, the preference and the wands of the
customer changes over the period of time and Verdant Leisure have to evaluate their
operations so that they can get the effectiveness in order to satisfy the need of the
potential customers. For example, the company must offer the product and services
according to the trend and also give the discount to their customers so that they can
attract a large group of people and contribute in increasing the living standards of them.

It is the framework of analysing the internal factors of the business environment so that
they can cope-up with the changing polices and strategies in the large market. SWOT

organisational strategy.
Every organsiation needs to considered the change as the change can impact positively
and negatively on the business operations so it is crucial to follow specific plan and procedure to
prevent the organsiation from uncertainty due to change(Domínguez, 2018). Impact of change
affects directly organisational structure and culture so that the manager of the company needs to
consider the impact of change & analyse its impact on organisational techniques so that they can
effectively accept the change and improve their performance.

For instance, Verdant Leisure planning to get the change by offering the additional
services to their customers so that they have to make the action plan and conduct the meeting for
the future action of plan so that that they can make the change within the organsiation and all the
employees understand the follow of process and procedures in order to get the effectiveness in
the business.
When the company is dealing with the change, there is a huge impact on the
organisational strategy as they have to analyse each situation and understand the requirement of
the change so that they can get the better outcome in the company.
Evaluation of driver’s of change:
There are various factors which leads to change the operational process in an organsiation
and some of them are explained as follows:
Innovation: It is the driver of change in which the company adopt some new techniques
and offer the unique products to their potential customers and leads to increase the
profitability of the firm. For instance, Verdant leisure is planning to come up with some
packages like holiday packages or honeymoon packages so that they can attract the large
group of customers and increase their profitability.
Technology: It is another driver of change in which the firm uses the advance technology
so that they can meet the changing demand of their potential customers. Verdant leisure
is emphasising on getting the innovative services to the customers so that they can have
the better experience during their stay.
4.2 Comparing the impacts of change and the effect they have had upon the organisation’s
strategy and operations.
There are various drivers of change which influence the decision and induce change in
the organisation’s strategy and the action plan. Environment is constantly changing due various
change that is occurring in the business environment. The impact of change is the evidence by
the organsiation like Verdant Leisure and Bridge. They are offering the accommodation services
and these are the leading company in the tourism industry in UK. There is various change which
is experienced by two of organsiation and having the various impact on strategies & operations.
