INTRODUCTION
Talent management is the core task which need to overlooked by an organization on
priority level. The human resource (HR) department of the organization frame strong and
favourable policies by keeping in mind customers expectation level (Bavik and Lam, 2018). By
doing so skilled and talented candidate can be retained back in the working premises over the
years. As inclusive workforce is working day and night so as to accomplish set goals and
objectives it is very difficult to satisfy them. On the other hand in the well being and
development of employee leaders and manager plays a crucial role. They timely motivate and
guide the staff members to perform better and appraise them for their best performance. Hilton is
chosen for the completion of the research project in proper manner.
Hilton was founded by Conrad Hilton and it is a American multinational hospitality
company. It is well known in the market for managing a broad portfolio and resorts. This
organization came into existence in the year 1919 and is suited in Tysons Corner, Virginia,
United States. This has it branches in around 5,757 locations across the globe. It in the leading
position in the global market because around 169, 000 staff members are working day and night
to full-fill the expectation level of the client on priority.
This assignment covers, research aims and objectives. However, questionnaire is selected
for accumulation of data on the given topic. In context of stakeholders, communicating research
outcomes and convincing argument research outcomes are stated. Also, the most suitable tool
and techniques are used to illustrate the gathered information in organized manner (de Oliveira
and Alan Dunzer, 2019). On the other hand literature review is explained to better understand the
view points of the several authors regarding the research topic. Additionally, proper
recommendations are suggested in order to make necessary improvements in the loop holes and
productive outcomes can be attained easily.

enhancing their motivation level.

performance.

How leaders and managers contribute in employee development and in enhancing their
motivation level?
Explain the relationship between concept of talent management and employee's
performance?
Rational of the study:
The main purpose of this research study is to better understand the role of manager and
leader in the development and well- being of employee working in an organization. Through this
research basic understanding regrading talent management has improved so that appropriate
strategies can be formulated to retain highly skilled and talented staff member in the working
premises. By doing so competitive advantages against rivalry can be attained easily in the cut
throat competitive world (Dhar, 2016).

According to Michele O''Donnell (2014) business can survive and sustain in the market
when management is taking care of their staff members development and well-being. By this co-
workers working in a company can be assured that they are valuable assets of the firm. Which
resulted in raising the overall workforce efficiency of the employees. In context of Hilton top
level management is framing policies and norms in favor of employees development and well-
being so that goodwill can be raised in their eyes. Also, they can be encouraged to perform better
as compare to previous performance. Business is able to compete with the competitors prevailing
