London England. The company was formed in year 1948 on 5 July and provide various services
in health care as well as social care. Beside this it covers about the different responsibilities as
well as performance of the individual within the organisation. Along with this, communication is
important in the organisation and it should to be done in a proper manner which help reducing
conflicts. There must be effective time management which help in improving productivity of the
organisation. At last the report covers about the appropriate strategies which are used for
resolving power.

For the house cleaner of NHS the major duties are centred as well as limited in the
hospital to keep surrounding neat and clean. Along there hospital cleaner ensure all the area
