They are the helpers who help in social care sector at different stages (Knott and Scragg, eds., 2016). For example: NHS, where non-direct care workers are laundry staff, catering staff, cleaning staff, etc. Besides, in health care sector, there are several sectors such as residential care homes, nursing homes, day care centres or individual homes. In social care centres, non-direct workers belong to office staff, administrator,gardener,cleaner,securitystaff,driverand caterer. Non-direct workers are the supportive individuals who support NHS. Each non-direct worker plays an important role in the organisation.
