INTRODUCTION
Corporate event and management is a management where they include planning and
organise events. The event include conferences, incentive program, seminars, orientation and
many more (Barclay, Fu and Smith, 2020). The essential of corporate event management are
defining the audience, setting goal as it will help to plan and organise event in proper manner in
order to achieve goal. The other essential include metrics for better performance, plan and
organise event, set a budget that involve in events as this help to plan accordingly, set timeline at
which date they have to organise event. The last is marketing event to those people and invite
them in event. Seven Event is taken as an event company. This event management company is
operating in London, United Kingdom. In this report there are different types of events are there
and difference between corporate event and leisure event. It is also include that there are
different type of range of corporate event in order to meet various goals of organisation. There
are different criteria that need to identify audience for new corporate event and key elements for
feasible study of corporate event. In this report, there is a plan for corporate event by applying
planning and principles of principle as there is a process for planning and promotion of corporate
events.

Corporate event is comprise of multiple event management activities and function in
context to the management of corporate organisation events and programs. Event management is
involving effective techniques and method's of the event organisation in prospect to meet the
customers requirement (Davidson, 2018). In relation to the corporate event management, eventer
have to plane and provide innovative and interactive corporate event services such as the
seminar, conference, meetings etc. Along with the different of corporate event another important
role of the eventer is to provide logistic and hospitality service, such as the seating arrangements,
food, drinks, decoration, stage and presentation arrangements. With sound, lights in selective
way according to the customers demand and theme. Some types of the corporate events are given
below.

Exhibition- This is the specific and most important type of event for business
organisation, through which they want to promote and represent their different range of the
product lines and services (Dealtry, 2017). This event is targeting the customers attraction and
satisfaction by new range of product facilities and benefits, which can be transfer to the
customers easily within the aid of innovative and attractive event decoration and product or
product information presentation which can be easily understand by the customers. Seven events
is effective corporate event management organisation which provide the best exhibition plan and
event management.
Sales meeting- This is another type of corporate event, which is requires by the business
organisation to organize and accomplish, most of the business enterprise want to organize this
effect for effective sales planing meeting, in context to develop best sales management strategies,

example, entertainment, sports and cultural

There are different types of corporate events as there main aim is to conduct is tell
employees about new product, introducing them organisation that is orientation, business
relationship and many other (Hooker and et. al., 2019). But the main criteria is to select right
event according to their objective so that they can fulfil the set standard. There are different types
of events and that events also fulfil the objectives of event management organisation which is
explained in detail below: Trade shows: Trade show is define a show where organisation conduct this event when
they are launching or introducing product. These trade shows are generally conducted on
convention centre. Trade shows is useful for those organisation where they are searching
for additional information. The main purpose of this type of corporate event is that to
build their brand image. Seven events do not provide this type of event but they should
also conduct trade shows for business corporate which help them to to increase their sales
because many companies are introducing their product by trade shows. Internal company meeting: This type of event are generally conducted for employees
internally for solving problem, gathering information, planning and others which help
organisation to plan their project and implement them successfully (Jones and Navarro,
2018). The main agenda is to tell employees about policies, rules and regulation and also
tell them in what project they are involved and many more. Seven events conduct internal

the reference to seven event organisation, they have recently conduct an event related to fashion
industry for identification of target audience. On the basis of this, they have conduct event but
there are some factors that need to analyse by them in order to gain competitive advantage. Some
of the factors that affect event and have to fulfil need of audience which are mentioned below: Income level of target audience: As this is the main criteria which is used by Seven
events so that they can effectively target their audience. The selected event organisation

only focus on those people whose income level is high and want to expand more on
event. According to recent event of fashion industry, the organisation conduct event
because they want to attract every level of people such as kids, young generation and
many other. Seven event conduct this event because they want to generate money and can

 Passionate about new things: This is another criteria to attract target audience as they
only target those people who are passionate about new things which include that many

market (Wans, 2020). To introduce product they have appointed and event management
company which is seven event organisation which help them to attract customer. The main task
which is to be performed by seven event company is to take innovative measure and adopt all the
important factor. There are various steps that need to be taken while planning for conducting an
event which is explained in detail which are as follows: Understanding purpose of event: Seven event have to first analyse what is the purpose
of selected organisation to conduct an event. On the basis of that, they have to make an
effective plan and develop strategy because they have to make plan in such a manner
that they can attract customer as per the purpose of event. Ark Fashion Limited main
purpose is to innovate new products and tell customer about their brand and attract
customer to purchase their clothes. Pre budget planning: The second step is to set budget so Seven event organisation have
to set budget in such a manner as they have to plan and distribute cost according to
activities which is to be performed while conducting event. As this event can be
conducted in hotel. The pre planning of budget help organisation to eliminate waste
resources so that they can plan and implement them successfully.

and book in advance so that it will help seven event organisation to manage the
activities in proper manner. They have to maintain cordial relationship with suppliers so

effectively achieve their goals in order to attract business objectives (Yang and Tan, 2017) The
first step is to develop objectives so that they can proceed to plan further whereas the second step
is to organise a team which help them to conduct event as there are various activities which
include lighting, decorating, stage preparation and many other. The next process is to book the
venue where they have to conduct event such a hotel. They have to set budget in order to
eliminate waste resources and expenses.

their activities and attract customers in order to achieve business goals. The selected event
organisation have to take measure to satisfy goods and services in order to achieve business
goals. They can market by using various resources which include you tube, Instagram, Facebook
and many other social media which help them to attract customers in order to book for the events
for organisation. The event selected organisation can promote their activities their business on
you tube as they can upload the video related to events where they have been conducted, can also
upload the customer review and experience in order to attract other industries so they can
increase their sales by taking book for organising events. The other way is to promote the
corporate event is marketing which can de done on social media.

CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it is concluded that corporate event management is very
necessary when any entity have to organise seminar, introduce new product and many other
activities which include culture. In the report it is discussed that there are various corporate
events which help other organisation to introduce other activities. As this also help them to
attract customer and plan accordingly. On the basis of this they plan in such a way that they they
can properly manage activities of events which include purpose to conduct event, set budget,
time, pre booking of venue, invited customers for events and many other which not only help
organisation to conduct event effectively but they also can take attention from other companies
so that they can perform better. There is difference between corporate event and leisure event as
leisure event is for general parties whereas corporate event include conference, seminar, trade
shows, recruiting event and so on. There are process of planning and promotion which
effectively.
