Reflecting in analysis job interview process There are several challenges that require to be overcome. Most of them are given below. No proper questions- During the interview I found that there were some of the questions that I was not able to understand and relate to present situation. As a result I got blank for it and did not answer that question. This resulted in creating a negative image and impression of my ability and intelligence. No proper criteria to evaluate – I found that there was no specific criteria for recruiter toevaluate outcomes of interview process. they were evaluating it without any proper criteria which was taking a lot of time.
Recommendation In my view point there are some recommendation which needs to be applied in it. they are defined as: the HR manager must set particular time limit of conducing interview. it will be easy to fast processing of all interview. The HR must make list of all questions to be asked to candidate. by this skills and abilities of candidate can be evaluated easily on basis of those questions. there must be proper procedure followed of interview. in that a GD can be done to eliminate candidate and also there must be criteria followed in it.
Assess own ability during interview process I have the ability to have effective communication with others verbally as well as non-verbally. This skill is setting good impression in eyes of the recruiters as they see confidence in my eyes. However, there were some questions for which I was not prepared and didn’t answer with confidence. Although I am having knowledge of different languages which created an effective impression in eyes of the recruiters and they appreciated me for the same, but as I got tired by waiting in queue, it became tough for me to handle that situation. They asked me many questions to test my strategic thinking and I was confident enough to answer all the respective questions effectively.
