INTRODUCTION
Professional identity and practice could be referred as the process that assists people to
enhance, develop and grow their knowledge and skills so that they could achieve their objectives
and goals in the right manner. For a person professional identity is very significant because it
assists in building great career and acquiring great standard of life. Improved and enhanced
knowledge takes an individual to be satisfied towards job role and duties and also helps in
establishing career (Goryushkina and et. al., 2019). The current report is related with
understanding different dimensions of professional identity and roots in which it could be
enhanced by a person for executing job role in effective and efficient manner. The chosen
organization in the present report is Brewers Fayre, it is Restaurant Company and has 161
locations across the United Kingdom. The company was founded in 1979 and headquarters
located in Dunstable, United Kingdom. Hospitality manager is selected as job role for the project
report. This restaurant has great number of skilled employees that are constantly working for
performing different business operations to attain objectives of the company.

An evaluation of the key benefits and importance of on-going professional development
Professional development is defined as procedure that is considered as significant and
crucial for all the parties that are related to each other and using opportunities through which
experience and requirements of different individuals could be enhanced. It could be understood
as methodology of learning that inspires and encourages a person to organize its professional
credentials in updated manner. In context of Brewers Fayre, the pub restaurant is having large
number of stakeholders that could have great benefits by executing professional development
program in the workplace (Konovalova and et. al., 2018). Some of the benefits that are attained
by different stakeholders are explained below in detail:
