INTRODUCTIONCommunication skills can be defined as the ability to convey a message, opinion or ideain an effective manner. This is due to the fact that within a particular organisation, informationflows across all organisational levels on a continuous basis. It is important for every individual tobe in possession of such skills that allow them to transfer important piece of businessinformation in a clear and concise manner, making sure that the message sent is the same onethat is received. The main purpose of communication skills is to foster effective workingrelationships between staff and clients in a manner that cohesiveness, efficiency and profitabilitywithin business enterprises is enhanced.
