In everyorganization training and development is required to enhance the competency level ofemployees. HR manager of the company is responsible to organize all those training sessions fornew employees. In this present report will majorly highlight about the whirlpool. It is a wellbrand of new technologies which provides washing machines and other appliances. In this reportthe role of individual learning organizational learning will be explained. Moreover, the behaviorof HR manager in front of the employees. It will explain about different business plans whichhelps to give more business expansion. Whirlpool is the big technological organization as HRmanager of whirlpool company it is the responsibility of manager is to identify the skills andquality of employees to increase the confidence level and give motivation to new employees. P1 Skills and knowledge required by Human Resource Manager. In every organization there are many roles and responsibility of human resource mangerto implement the business plans. For that purpose, HR needs to have different skills andknowledge to implement those strategic plans. HR manager of the company take organizationalchanges to influence the company atmosphere and helps to accomplish the company objective.Human resource manager role is to take care of all HR policies, recruitment, selection, andarrange different innovative training sessions for new employees. Different Skills and Behaviours of HR Manager such as follows:Team Work: HR manager of Whirlpool needs to focus on team work. It helps to maintain theco-ordination level and efficiency to complete the task on time(Kothari, ed., 2016.). Team Workis necessary to create competency environment among employees. HR manager should havequality of team building so that they increase the performance level of all employees it helps tocreate confidence and motivation level of employees. Leadership Power: HR manger of the company plays a very important role to, manage theneeds and wants of the employees. They always listen to the team members if they face any issueand conflict in organization. It is an obligation of HR manger solve conflicts as a leader.Manager also play a role of leader and guide their employees in proper manner. This quality of a

leader creates faith and trust towards the Whirlpool company. And increased the enthusiasmlevel of employees.Interpersonal Skills: This is the most important skills of HR manager. Interpersonal skills ofHR manager are to regulate the proper communication with the all departments. It will boost theperformance level of employees. Also, it builds the good relationship with the members as well.As the Human Resource manager needs to fulfil the needs and wants of employees so that theysatisfied with their work and give long term commitment to the organization. Without theinterpersonal skills it is difficult to manage the employees properly. Work with cooperation: Cooperation is very important to manage the work in systematic form.Cooperation means support as a HR manger of Whirlpool it need to support the emotions andthoughts of employees and let them participate in decision making process. It helps to createinterest of work in efficient manner. This behavioral manager protect organization through futureuncertainties. Training and Development Skills: it is another skill of HR manager should have. Training anddevelopment process which is very important for new employees to understand the method ofwork. This training given by HR manager(Cummings, and Worley, 2014.). It is the duty of HRmanager of whirlpool to guide and explain the working process to the new employees. And makethem all aware the rules and regulations of the organization. This training process helps toprovide proper knowledge which is important to accomplish the goals of company to earn profit.Positive Attitude: HR manager should have positive attitude with company and theirsubordinates. This attitude helps to take challenges into better manner. It gives positiveenvironment and employees feel less work pressure in the organization. HR is the only personwho take care of company environment they keep updated to employees about hisresponsibilities so that they know the rules and regulations. They motivate employees to givebetter performance by given Bonus, gifts and other benefits as well.Knowledge require in Human Resource manager.
