In thisreport, significance of professional skills and knowledge will be analyzed in context ofwhirlpool, which is an American multinational company and manufactures and market homeappliances throughout the world. Apart from this, report will thoroughly analyze and highlightthe efficiencies of organizational learning as well as individual learning and also determine needof training in Whirlpool to contribute in improving performances of individuals as well as teamto meet specific goals of the company. However this project will also focuses on HighPerformance Working as well as different performance management approaches that promoteHPW practices in the organization.
