INTRODUCTION
Every organisation require to focus on their employees activities and
performance and use specific strategies and techniques so that organisation
can easily improve the productivity and development of the organisation. To
maintain the manpower activities in an organisation so there is a need to focus
on the HR department because HR department responsible to take care all the
activities of the employees like their tasks, salary, wages, incentives,
compensation, rewards, recruitment, performance appraisal and training &
development and performance management.
