INTRODUCTION
Inclusive practices is all above refers to included various methods for distribution of
education to children with different learning methods application. It includes that education
distributor has duty or responsibility to involve new practices when learner not capable to
understand (Kantavong, 2018). This report will provide information how personal, social and
cultural factors affects on leaning process and impacts of cognitive, physical and sensory abilities
on learning methods. This report will provide information how educational organization practice
develop learning effectiveness and fulfil needs of individual who focus towards with specific
subject or practice learning. It will define benefits of inclusive learning environment and how it
will develop equality and diversity for become profession in specific area. This report will also
discuss on effectiveness or own inclusive practices with identification of own skills and area of
strength identification. Therefore, this study will useful for inclusive learning methods
identification which gives effectiveness in learning of different aspects for better and effective
life and individual can understand what educators want to say which is one of the most effective
practices. And having inclusive learning environment within organization activities profound
more effective results because individual learning power and capacity is different ad they do
have power to lean specific term with different manner as well.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
1.1. Impacts of personal, social and cultural factors on learning
Personal factors: It includes individual factors affects on leaning activity which means different
age group of people have different power to learning and understanding things. Knowledge of
this term when educator distribute learning they do have to consider and prefer various methods
on the basis of age, behaviour and interest identification. Personal factors badly affects on
leaning process because individual who try to lean new things, but they do not get understand
from their laziness or other issue, so they do not develop attraction towards with the learning and
many more (Solis-Grant and et.al., 2022). So it mainly refers to includes personal factors which
impacts on learning is manly refers to individual thought process, their mid set, age group,
behaviour and many more. Also, motivation is one of the most essential aspects which impacts
on personal learning activity. Individual emotional condition also influence learning approach

because when educators provide lessons when they do not have stability on mind also suffer
from specific issue then it affects on learning activity.
Cultural factors: It includes activities which affects on individual learning that when student
decide to get learn new things but from the language barriers, behaviour, other thinking and
many more aspects affects on effective learning approx. It also includes one major challenging
facts which impacts on learning from cultural forces values, cultural differences, religion as well
because different religion or cultural human has their different beliefs and their beliefs in
distribution of leaning with her different manner (Macdonald and et.al., 2019). So idea of this
term its major essential term that education department members concern towards with the
applies and uses language and methods of teaching so that individual can easily learn ad
understand topic with effective manner.
Social factors: It includes factor impacts on learner behaviour like family status, social
background, behaviour, religion, lifestyle and many more factors affects on learning activity.
Students mainly concern towards with the effective learning but multiple time educational
department provide effective learning practices for only people who have stable financial
background, they come from effective and stable social background. So its important that
organization who provide learning facilities they do have to develop environment which not
develop diversification in distribution of education service.
1.2 Impact of different cognitive, physical and sensory abilities on learning
Physical abilities:
This ability mainly refers process of learning which means different age group of
individual has different power to learn new things. So its essential to distribute learning on the
basis of physical appearance identification. It includes strength, flexibility and coordination
within learning and listening process. Having this ability in education makes more effectiveness
and students get highly aware towards with the learning new things. Education department has
duty to involve this skill individual physically fit they defiantly develop higher focuses on
learning.
Cognitive abilities:
It's one of the most essential tools for leaning, having cognitive abilities on learning
process makes more effective result because in this leaning process mainly include addition of
new approaches or methods for student learning. Involvement performance analytical tools for

students education provide idea that this specific learning method useful or not (Keeley,
Alvarado-Alcantar and Keeley, 2020). For the inclusive leaning practices this ability of learning
one of the most appropriate tool because education distributor highly concern towards with the
application of appropriate tool for students learning effectiveness and continuously communicate
and take reviews from them so that they can easily understand the topic or lesson or not.
Sensory abilities:
It includes new learning process addition into student learning style which means when
educators provide education to students when stunted not get understand what teacher says and
their method of learning process they don't understand then this ability include new learning
style. New teaching styles which means easier language add on into education, new methods'
addition in teaching process and deliver solutions to children.
TASK 2
2.1 Summaries of policy and regulatory framework relating to inclusive practices
It includes various policies and regulatory framework which essential to consider and
follows by education distributor that when teacher provide lessons to students they do have duty
to not develop discrimination in students and not only focuses towards with individual students.
Not only in inclusive practices which means learning practices or educational organization
student get affects from this its influences multiple organization as well where people face
discrimination in leaning and development of new things (Wilson, Theriot and Haegele, 2020).
Policy ad regulatory framework within inclusive practices also refers to that organization when
decide to provide education hey do have duty to involve specific formation in education
distribution like when individual student not understand specific term its important term that
teacher develops new practices and resolve their problems and provide them effective learning.
Having this regulatory and policy defiantly develops effectiveness in education. And its major
essential part of inclusive practices as well.
Adoption of inclusive practices in eduction or learning to develop better education
system. So knowledge and information of this term make sure individual education organization
management has duty to consider this for long term attraction and effective student growth for
their future as well. Inclusive learning is the best approach where teachers mainly focuses on
education distribution they not consider and focuses towards with social background, culture,
Document Page
religion and many more. Education distributor major focuses is to provide the best education
with most appropriate method application. Policy includes qualification farmworker and it
mainly develops by meeting development of different teachers and provide them information for
effectively manage education system with application new techniques and methods which useful
for flexible leaning and individual student get highly attracts towards with the learning (Bualar,
2018).
2.2 Policy and regulatory frameworks influence organizational polices relating to inclusive
practice
Child and youth welfare policy concern to towards with the education department has
responsibility and duty to develop higher attraction towards with the inclusive practices. Special
protection against child abuse policy and regulation also support education system that education
department has duty to involve safety and security and teachers not develop abuse activity within
distribution of education to students. So policies and regulation related to inclusive practices
mainly refers to define as higher consideration towards with the effective education system
application and organization because without consideration of all this policy government has
power to take strict action against on it as well (Ansari Ricci and et.al., 2021). Policy and
regulations application has authority to develop new variation in education system but it mainly
develops awareness in education sectors to interview and effective approach which has power to
provide education with inclusive practices. It very clear term that having policies and regulation
is the key aspect for involvement in inclusive practices in organization because without having
this policy almost teacher not consider new methods and practice addition into eduction system.
Policies and regulation mainly develop by government and when any organization who decides
to provide education, they do have duty to develop meetings with individual employee and when
they decide to engage new teachers its important term to provide them rules and regulation
which they do ave to follows and consider. Expansion of this term is one of the most effective
factors which develop sustainability within inclusive practices involvement.

Also, one major aspect which require considering by individual teacher that when they decide to
provide education to students they do have duty to follow and apply methods which attract
student attraction, and they learn new things with effective manner. Because inclusive practice
also includes own practices as well.
2.3 Policy and regulatory frameworks influence own inclusive practice.
I analyse that teachers when prefers or decide to apply inclusive practice in education its
highly influence student attraction and those students who not able to understand new things very
soon hey get also learn things with great manner. From the new study methods on the basis or
policy its very effective to term to add on new practices which useful for make better results.
Daily activities of teachers and education department I decide that when distribute eduction to
student I defiantly use inclusive practices for student effectiveness, and they learn specific things
for long time (Alanazi, 2021). And it mainly includes practical learning approaches because with
the utilization of practical methods is one of the most powerful practice for student effectiveness.
Also, I analyse that develop policies and regulatory for education effectiveness its important term
to involve all the policies within education department because having all these policies attract
student attraction, and we they feel motivated they not feel anything to ask and share their view
points to staff members. From the evaluation of this activity I clearly decide that utilization of
policies and regulation within education practices makes better environment in organization and
it increases student capacity of leaning as well. Because inclusive practices major aspects is
evaluation and analysis of student learning with oral and written exams application involvement
which provide idea that student get learn from mew methods or not. Also, policy and regulatory
framework influence inclusive practices is very correct term or approach that having appropriate
regulation continues remind to teachers or professors that they do have duty to provide perfect
education to student for their better future. Also, education department senior authority has duty
to continuously evaluate that teachers provide effective education via uses of various essential
approaches or not. This policy within education department positively influence and develop
positive growth (Bonati and Andriana, 2021).

TASK 3
3.1 Own role and responsibilities relating to inclusive practices.
I analyse that as a teacher and participate in education department major duty is
distribution of lessons and knowledge to students require multiple skills for distribution of
information and learning power improvement in student via uses of appropriate methods and
practices involvement. Without having appropriate skills in education distribution badly affects
on student mind-set, social behaviours, engagement towards with the learning and many more
aspects of students get highly influence (Nilholm, 2021). From the activities of my colleague
staff members I clearly analyse that some teachers when develop flexibility in distribution of
education with unique method application attract student attraction and daily communication
review taken from students provide new ideas and methods for inclusive practices involvement
within in learning effectiveness. I have clarity that uses of new approaches according to student
requirement and their skills is one of the most appropriate practice of education. Also, one major
which I learn from staff members activities in education distributor organization is to application
of good communication, problem solving techniques, new methods with technology tools or
other multiple practices has power mainly known as inclusive practices. I observe things that
having inclusive practices in education student learn new things because when teacher develop
environment that they develop equality not develop discrimination in distribution of education
for individual performance. And its not important that when student not understand topic inform
or learn specific term in one time that they don't have capability to learn new things thus, it can
be possible that when teacher provide lessons their mind not stable or other issue influence her
performance. So idea of this term makes sure that teachers or professors concern towards with
the distribution of lessons with effective manner. Because learning practices influence from
various aspects like communication barriers, way of knowledge and information distribution,
facial expressions and many more.
3.2 Relationship within own role and the roles of other professionals involved in inclusive
practices.
Inclusive practices mainly refers to define as new and effective methods or practices
involvement in student learning process. Therefore, when I decide to participate in education
organization I manly analyse that when I use new methods of leaning for student its attract
student attraction, and they get learn things from long time. So from the evaluation of this
Document Page
approach I develop clarity that having effective and appropriate learning process involvement in
education is one the most appropriate tool which raise student confidence, and they feel better
towards with the new application learning. But on the other hand I analyse that different
professional mainly prefer to use practical approach which means when individual student not
understeer specific topic professional provide them new Mathematical approach and explain
small concept at broad level which is one of the bets approach because multiple time students say
yes when they not understand specific topic and teachers will clearly evaluate from the oral or
written exam application that they really understand individual topic or not. So I analyse that this
test method or practice is one of the most effective inclusive practices which makes more
profound results and it develops focuses towards with the effective learning. I evaluate from the
professional activity and their student learning practices of education distribution that they
continuously prefer to new methods on the basis or student performance identification which is
one of the mots attractive quality of education (Shaw, 2021). And I feel and from my teaching
skills I do not have any doubt that I have to develop mathematical tools and practice learning is
also essential in my learning process because this skill is useful for confirmation that students
learn new things or not. Because having appropriate and sustainable activity in leaning makes
more profound result and its useful for student learning effectiveness for long term as well.
3.3 Key points of referral available to meet individual learning needs
Analysis of different individual needs ad completion or satisfaction expansion of
individual learning need is not easier. It requires different methods and application which mainly
refers to define as specific skill addition into training and expansion of growth within in student
learning process. Individual students has different quality or interest so also they do have
different preferences in leaning and education development for long term benefits. Key points
mainly includes which avail to met individual leaning need mainly identify from communication
and resole issues, special education involvement and identification of disciplinary issues. These
three aspect defiantly resolve multiple conflicts in education system and it raises organization
education system effectiveness with great manner (Salinas and et.al., 2021).. Addition of
approach develop new opportunists in learning process which means communication and
discussion with learns its important term to discuss with the students that which types of learning
process they want for long term learning. And mostly individual leaning needs mainly within in

high school or collages where students mainly focuses towards with career. Also, they mainly
select option where they want to develop career.
Create leaning goals: expansion of this approach satisfy students needs in learning because
when teacher develops specific goal for student that they do have to complete this lesson with in
specific days then hey communicate to students and then completion of discussion create better
way of learning goals.
Establish different content: Specific content which means addition of specific or short notes
which provide exact and specific information so that student can easily learn and understand.
Create variety of different methods in lessons: Completion of this process next is methods of
education involvement for student benefits. Teachers and professors has duty to consider
different methods and then select new most appropriate methods (Demİrok and Gökalp, 2021).
Offer new or various project options in the classroom: And the last term for individual need
of learning completion is application of new project like presentation, charts, video content and
many more other tools which attract audience attraction.
TASK 4
4.1 Analysing the key features and benefits of inclusive learning environment
The inclusive learning environment refers to generating the supporting learning
environment for the learners. As there are numerous learners in the classroom. Some learners
easily approach the learning while some do not. Therefore, it is important to create the
supportive learning environment in the classroom so, all the learners can effectively learn the
topics (Finkelstein, Sharma and Furlonger, 2021). The inclusive learning environment provides
the opportunities and benefits to the learners in order to enhance their learning. Here are the main
features and benefits of the inclusive learning environment that supports the learning ability of
the students.
Motivation- In classroom some students have inner-motivation while some do not. Motivation is
the main aspect of enhancing the learning. Therefore, the tutor must provide motivation to all the
students. It should not be like this that, the tutor is encouraging their favourite students only.
They must include all the students and motivate them by having discussion with them. Proper
motivation to the students boost their confidence and also, creates the desire of learning in them.
It has been found form various studies that, motivation is the basic need of the humans. In same
Document Page
manner, in order to make learning more effective, the students requires source of motivation by
their teachers.
Celebration of the achievements- This is one of the best way to show students that they are
doing extremely-good. It is important to give reward to the learners. So, they can have the desire
of making learning more effective (Sannen and et.al., 2021). This promotes the inclusive
environment in the classroom and allows learners to see their capabilities. Along with this, I
further help in boosting the students for their next learning.
Appreciating the culture- There are numerous number of students who have different culture.
All of them have the different way of dressing and different way of behaviour. Many students
feel uncomfortable due to this. Therefore, the tutor must appreciate the culture of all the students
so, they get the sense of belongingness. This enables the students to have a sense of comfort and
creates the supportive learning environment for them. It is important to create the sense of
comfortability in the students as it plays the major role in development of the effective learning
environment.
4.2 Evaluating the ways of promoting equity and value diversity
Equity and diversity plays the important role in enhancing the learning of the students as
it ensures the equal and same treatment of all the students in the class. Here are the ways in
which equity and diversity can be promoted in the classroom:
Engaging all students- Some students are physically active while some do not. Some often faces
the situation of physical disabilities. Therefore, it is important to involve all the students in class
by organizing such activities in which all the students can take part (Valle and Connor, 2019).
The physical disability of the students should not work as a barrier in taking the participation.
Celebration of the diversity- Classroom concerned with the numerous cultures as all the students
are from different cultures. Many times students feel that they are not included in the class
because of their culture. Therefore, it is important to celebrate the diversity of all the students. It
can be done by celebrating and appreciating the culture of the students.
Equal opportunities- In order to promote equity, equal opportunities of expressing the opinions
has to be given to all the students (Sormunen, 2020). The learners must have the thinking that,
they are treated in equal manner as it boost their confidence and entitled them to adopt effective
learning.
Document Page
4.3 Analysing the ways of promoting the inclusion
Inclusion refers to involving all the students in the classroom. It is important to create the
sense in learner that they are included in the classroom as it affects their emotions. It can be done
in the following manner:
Protecting from bullying- Many students face the bullying in the schools and colleges and this
leads to create the trauma in the mind of the students and the fear generated in them. Therefore,
the teachers must keeps a focus over this issue and has to make sure that, the students does not
face the situation of bullying (Mihajlovic, 2019). Also, no discrimination has to be done with the
students. So, the students feel as they are the part of the organisation and focus on their learning.
Positive approach- The tutor must adopt the positive approach even in negative situation. Many
times students makes mistakes and has a fear of their teachers. In such situation, the tutor must
tackle the situation with positive attitude so, the students can easily express the reasons of
making mistake. Furthermore, it helps in improving the mistakes as well.
Focusing on empowering- The classroom has the set of students that is concerned with the
strong students and not so strong students. Some may understands the topic sooner and some
may not (Bunbury, 2020). Therefore, the guider must encourage all the students in equal manner.
No favouritism has to be followed in the classroom. All the students has to be empowered in
equal manner.
4.4 Analysing the strategies for effective liaison among the professionals involves in the
inclusive practice
It is important to maintain the effective communication among the professionals that are
involved in the inclusive practice as it ensures the high effectiveness in performing the inclusive
practices in the educational institutions. Here is description of the strategies:
Organizing meetings- The meetings enables the professionals to take the decision on promoting
the curriculum development in the schools and colleges (Edwards, J., 2018). In the meetings, the
professionals can discuss the current status of the college and school and on the basis of that, the
actions has been taken. Different professionals are concerned with different ideas. The meeting
provides the opportunities of sharing the ideas in relation of inclusive practices.
Working in partnership- It is important for all the professionals to work in partnership. As they
all are part of the inclusive practices. The information among the professionals has to be share.
As it depicts the great team work where all the professionals takes collective decision for the

betterment of the students (DeFoney, 2019). Great team work states the effective results that
leads to create the effective inclusive environment for the students.
TASK 5
5.1 Analysing the effectiveness of own inclusive practice
I have analysed own role in relation of adopting the inclusive practices as it provides the
idea regarding the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
Strengths- I have found the major strength in relation of performing the inclusive practice and
those are,, I have adopted the organisational policy in effective manner. Also, I am ensuring the
effective treatment to my student. I believe in promoting the equity and diversity in the
classroom. All the students get equal opportunities in terms of sharing their opinion. This helps
in enhancing the learning of the students. Also, creates the effective learning environment in the
classroom.
Weaknesses- I am highly passionate about my work therefore, I take much time for completing
the task. This is one of weakness that has been analysed. It is very important to complete the task
on time as there is no sense of completing the task after the completion of time. I will focus on
my this weakness so, I can complete the task on time and the new strategies in relation of
enhancing the learning of students can be taken by me.
Opportunities- Adopting the culture that is concerned with promoting the equity and diversity in
the classroom is enabling me to make effective interaction with my students. As a result, the
large number of opportunities to enhance the inclusive practices has been available to me.
Effective interaction with the students plays the major role in promoting the inclusive
development in the classroom.
Threats- It is important to make effective interaction with the professional as well who are
involves in inclusive practice (Wissink and et.al., 2021). I am not effective enough in making the
coordination with the professionals. This may work as a threat to me also, this provides the
impacts over the inclusive practices. Thus, I will make a keen focus over this issue and give my
best in making effective coordination with the professionals.
On the basis of above analysation it has been found that, I have certain strengths and weakness in
relation of performing the inclusive practices. Also, the strengths providing me the opportunities
of generating effective learning environment in the classroom and weakness is creating the threat
to me. Thus, I will focus on my weakness and I will improve my this weakness.
Document Page
5.2 Evaluating own strengths and areas of improvement in relation of the inclusive practice
I have evaluated my own strengths and areas of improvement with the help of Gibb's
reflective cycle. Gibb's reflective cycle is the model that is concerned with the six stages and
helps in the reflection of self-strength and areas of improvement (Adeani, Febriani and
Syafryadin, 2020).
Description- This refers to the description of experience. I have experience the number of
situations while performing the inclusive practice in the classroom. I have analysed that, many
students are physically active while some have the experience the physical disability. Initially,
the experience with all the students was different. Some approach the learning fast and some
takes time.
Feeling- This includes the development of the feeling from the experience. I have found that I
have the sympathy for the students who possess the less ability in approaching the learning. Such
students in my class has the thought they are not getting involved in the class.
Evaluation- I have made plans in relation of promoting the equity and diversity in the classroom.
I made a focus over encouraging all the students in the class. Also, the motivation has been given
to them. This leads to made my experience effective. Also, the effective interaction with the
students has been made.
Analysis- I have made analysation from the situation that, for implementing the task in the
classroom and taking any action in relation of inclusive practices such as, motivating students,
organizing class activities and so on. In all of these more time has been consumed by me. Also,
many times I found difficult to approach positive behaviour in the classroom.
Conclusion- From my experience, I learned that, I have the strength of understanding the
opinions of the students. Also, I believe in promoting the equality among all the students.
Furthermore, I have found my areas of improvement. As many-time I did not keep positive
attitude in the classroom. Also, time has been consumed by me for the completion of task related
to the inclusive practices. So, I need to keep the positive attitude even in the negative situation
and the time management has to be done.
Action plan- Action plan is for improving the areas of improvement. I will part my whole task in
different parts and then I will decide the time-frame for each task. Also, I will keep positive
Document Page
attitude in the classroom by taking guidance from the different professionals that are involved in
the inclusive practice.
5.3 Planning the opportunities in order to improve own skills under inclusive practice
The inclusive practice plays the mandatory role in creating the efficient learning
environment (Soukakou, Evangelou and Holbrooke, 2018). From the above analysation, I can
clearly depict that there are certain areas of improvement for me. So, I can make my inclusive
practices more ideal. I will make a keen observation over the different professionals and gains
knowledge in relation of making inclusive practices more ideal. Also, in order to improve the
skill of time management, I will make partition of my major task in small parts and then the task
will be performed by me. Furthermore, I will take part in the meetings in order to make
interaction with the other professionals who are the part of inclusive practice. As they will
further guide me to have the positive approach in the classroom. So, I can deal with the negative
situation within keeping the positive attitude.
CONCLUSION
It has been summarized form the above reflective study that inclusive learning is one of
the most appropriate aspect for growth and development of student and this study has been
developed better understanding towards uses of different methodologies or practices in education
raise student interest towards with learning. This study has been informed that policy and
regulatory positively influence student attract, and they get more attracts towards with learning
because they expand interest on subjects. It has been determined from the project study that
flexibility which means teacher when distribute authority that students also has power to share
their view that they understand this topic from this method or education its one of the most
effective approach of effective learning process development. This report has been also clarified
that what I analyse from my leaning process or other individual when also provide education. Its
been evaluated from the report study that having inclusive practices is better for own leaning
effectiveness to improve quality of learning with addition of new method approaches or not. This
project useful for education department who mainly concern towards with new policies and
regulation application for inclusive practices involvement in education. It has been determined
from the Gibbs reflective model that what feel towards with the application of inclusive learning

methods. Its beneficial approach for my career effectiveness and student get highly attract with
