Knowledge: This is one of the important and most crucial step of this change management
process in this manager make the employees aware how the actual change will take place at
workplace. Various questions such as what will be roles and responsibilities of employee, who
will be responsible for every activity and many more are get answered in this step.
Ability: Under this step, ability of every individual involved in the process of change is
improved in order to ensure effective implementation of every activity involved in process of
