INTRODUCTION
Managing successful business project is refers as the key responsibility of the
management in regards to assisting the overall business operations in effective manner. The
present study is based on the aspect of globalisation and how multinational businesses are
applying globalisation to improve recruitment, selection and training processes of employees to
meet international need (Zimmermann, Raisch and Cardinal, 2018). Globalisation is a wider
term, which refers as the procedure of integration and interaction among individual, businesses
and government at global level. Globalisation is significantly assist to developing competition
and an economic or financial shift through developing to emerging economies (Wren, 2018). For
developing better understanding regrading the chosen subject area, a study is conducted over
Nestle. This is a large and most leading food company, which is operating since 135 years
around the globe. The company established in the year of 1866 through the potential efforts of
Henri Nestle, the key motive of the firm is to improvising its HR processes for the purpose of
attaining higher growth and competencies. In the present study area predetermined aims and
objectives are created for rendering significant assistance to the inquiry by determining different
aspects like cost, time, quality, communication etc. Work break down structure and Gantt Chart
are also developed as to maintaining a proper time frame (Tidd and Bessant, 2018). Small scale
investigation is conducted by applying qualitative and quantitative investigation methods, data
analysis and proper conclusion and recommendation will be made on the outcome of the
research.

Globalisation is a wider aspect which plays effective role in developing opportunities for
the businesses to adopt multiple culture and conducting businesses without facing any kind of
issues and conflicts (Taherdoost and Keshavarzsaleh, 2018). The multinational businesses are
concern over improving their HR processes which involves recruitment, selection and training of
employees for the purpose of attaining higher growth and stability which could be resulted in

fulfilling the intentional requirements. For better understanding regarding the subject area aims
and objectives are prepared that supports the work in appropriate manner.
Research Aim
To identify the ways through which multinational companies can improve recruitment,
selection and training of employees to meet international requirements. A case study on Nestle.
Research Objectives
To explore knowledge in regards to the HR processes like training, recruitment and
selection in an organisational context.
To identify the major training processes that are opt by Nestle for improving employees
performance.
To determine the need for a multinational business to make improvement in their
recruitment, selection and training processes. To recommend ways which are adopted by Nestle to develop employees performance to
meet international requirements.

How to explore the knowledge in regards to the HR processes like training, recruitment
and selection in an organisational context?
What are the major training processes are opt by Nestle for improving employees
performance?
What are the key need for a multinational business to make improvement in their
recruitment, selection and training processes?
Which key ways are adopted by Nestle to develop employees performance to meet
international requirements?
P2: Project management plan.
Project Management Plan is refers as the key consideration of management as it works as
providing proper outline specification in regards to the executions of the work in proper manner.
Therefore, project management plan is effective in assisting the overall work in right direction to
drawing valid and reliable outcome (Shuen, 2018) . The study in to proper action is based on
analysing different ways through which multinational companies can improve recruitment,
selection and training of employees to meet international requirements of Nestle. Project
management plan encompasses over different aspects like cost, scope, time, quality,

communication, risk etc. and the management of Nestle is concern over implementing all the
aspects in effective manner to drawing valid and reliable outcome (Schönherr and Martinuzzi,
2019). The proper administration of the project through the support of suitable aspects are
associated as below:
Cost: The key consideration of developing a project is to maintain appropriate cost for
the purpose of maintaining the smooth flow of funds and capital. The total estimated cost for
conducting an appropriate analysis on Nestle is around 32,000£ and the cost will be subdivided
in different parts to conduct the activities in proper manner.

Scope: The potential scope of this particular investigation is to determine the suitable
ways that are opt by Nestle for developing the life long learning of ability of employees to work

(Porter and Kramer, 2019).
Time: This is also another necessary aspect which is requires to be considered by the
manager to leads all the project activities in proper manner within assorted time duration. The
key obligation of the project manager of Nestle is to set a suitable time frame in which all the
activities are mentioned in chronological order with a proper time duration in which the task
needs to be completed (Polonsky and Waller, 2018). The estimated time for completion of the
present study area is around 3 months.
Quality and Communication: This is the most recognized aspect of a business. In the
present case the study is conducted over Nestle and as a largest food company, Nestle should be
concern over the quality of products by preparing a time management plan, limiting the

resources, cost, suitable use of resources etc. in respect to maintaining sustainability within
market. Communication is also a necessary aspect and Nestle is maintaining communication by
different sources like email, phones, chatting apps , online applications etc. for the sack of
smooth functioning of operations.
Risk and Resources: The key obligation of a project manager is to fulfilling the
requirement of needed resources that are important for completion of the project requirements in
effective manner (Nagorny-Koring and Nochta, 2018). In the context of Nestle, proper finance,
human resource proper training aids are the key resources which are needs to be manged by the
management of firm. On the contrary side, issues and conflicts are natural, thus at the time of
execution of project issues related with data access, confidentiality of information, accurate
source of data collection etc. are arises and these are requires to be addressed for effectively
completion of project requirements.

For conducting any project, a researcher has to complete a number of activities, where
some activities are considered as much large. This would may impact on efficiency of desired
outcome or sometime causes delay as well (Martinsuo and Hoverfält, 2018). Therefore, for this
purpose, researchers focus on using two main techniques that are Work-Break Structure and
Gantt Chart. WBS structure is used to segment large activities into smaller one, so that
efficiencies of each one can be maintained. While, Gantt Chart technique is used to time-frame
each activity in order to complete it in set duration (Bell, Bryman and Harley, 2018). Thus, both
techniques aid project makers in maintaining the quality of data and reach higher outcomes.
