implement the talent management practice in organization so that there can
be achievement of effectiveness and efficiency in the organization
functioning. There is need to understand the role of best talent management
practices for addressing the aspect of employee well being and talent

Time scale: The time scale is determined as the time that will be required for completion of
the activities that are part of the business case. In present scenario there is a time period of six
months that is allotted to Marks and Spencer for the purpose of achievement of laid
objectives.
Risk: There is high risk that is related with implementation of the present primary and
secondary methods of data collection. The risk is associated with non achievement of laid
aims or objectives. The scarcity of present resources is also a risk that may arise in the
research report.
