INTRODUCTION Globalization refers to the interaction and integration among the economy of the various countries in the term of their people, companies and the government al the worldwide. Today in the world of the globalization every organization wants to prove their excellence in this competitive world by delivery the best quality of their services and the products to their target market. Globalization has provided the international platform to all the organization to expand the business internationally around the world. So for the development of the type of the international business the company should implement the strong human resource management strategies to get the maximum efficiency and the effectiveness from the resources. The HR policy has the responsibility of proper allocation of the resources of multinational companies so that it increases the productivity of the company. So in the field of the international market the HRM has to follow the various strategies in the development of the employees to meet the requirement of the international market. LO1 P1 Discus the aim and the objectives Background In the world of the globalization there are the various competencies and the challenges that the company used to face in the development process for the international market. There are various opportunities and the challenges that are faced by the company to compete in the international market. The human resource management plays at important role in the proper allocation of the resources. The most important resource management is the management human resource or the employees of the organization. To compete in the international market, the employee should be efficient to compete the challenges(Routledge and Stapley, 2019). So the employees should be given proper training and development and the proper recruitment process so that companies get the efficient employee. The purpose of the project is to evaluate the ways in which the HR policies if the nestle can be improved as to compete in the international marketing. 1

The investigator should pass all the information to all the stake holder of the project for the effective completion of the project. Proper communication will lead to the effective conclusion for the HRM practices. Time– the time requirement for the completion of this project is of the 52 days. In the next weeks the proper delegation of the work is done to the members of the management team so that every person should know what work they have to perform in what time period. The investigator has to pay attention for the effective completion of the work. Scope- there is the wide scope in the completion of the project. As with the help of the project, it will be helpful for the HRM department of the organization of the strategies they have to take for the development of the employees for the international market. The investigator will have the better scope of understanding the needs of the international marketing (Goldin and Mariathasan, 2015). Resources- for completion of any project it is important to have the resource so that the work can be completed very smoothly. The investigator requires the financial, technological and the human resources for the effective and successful completion of this project report. P3 discuss the time framework and the stages of the project through the Gantt chart and the Work Break down Structure. Work breakdown structure-it refers to the breaking down of the complex work into the smaller and the managerial parts. It is the hierarchical tree in which the complex work is break down into the smaller part so that the work can be delegated to the different department so that it can increase the productive along with the effectiveness of the research project. 5

But on the other hand I also faced some challenges while conducting research like completing research on time along with lack of financial and human resource. I sometime get confused regarding the procedure that has to be proper developed in the research project. Another challenge which I faced was that I lacked the technical knowledge of introducing a graphs and tables in the research, but I was able to complete the research on time with a good quality. With the help of the research report it helps me to analysis the various technique and the formulation of the table to understand the working of the environment. With the help of this research report the company was familiar to understand that I have improved my communication skills along with my interpersonal skill.
