These all are majorHuman resources activities and the major concern over here that ways by which multinationalorganisations can improve these processes by meet requirement of international standards. Thisreport is based on Nestle which is an Swiss multinational food and drink providers and itsheadquarter is in Switzerland. It is one of the largest food provider in whole world in context ofrevenue since 2014. this research project is based on how an organisation can be enhance of keyHuman resource activities in which recruitment, selection and training with development as perthe international standards. TASK 1P1 Project aim and objectives.For an organisation it is very important to select best and competent staff members thatcan give their full potential (Basu, 2017.). For that organisation uses various kinds of methodsand techniques that helps to attain competent staff members and after selecting candidatesorganisation have to give proper training and development so that they can understand workbehaviour. With help of skilled workforce organisation can be able to operate at global level soin that case importance of recruitment, selection and training enhances in positive way. Research Objectives:To analyse requirement of implementing changes in Recruitment, selection and trainingmethods in an organisation. Toaccomplish these objectives organisation have to reform in their existing ways and methods toselect and retain employees so that they can remain always competitive in fierce competitiveworld. It plays very important role in context of Nestle because human resources is one of mostimportant part of an organisation that helps them to give delighted experience to consumers. Communication: Communication is one of important attribute to accomplish a project insuccessful manner. To retain best and competent staff members organisation have to adopt twoway communication method in which higher authority and subordinates can share potentialknowledge and information to right people at right time (Dutta and Bose, 2015.). In context ofNestle to select best and competent staff members organisation have to communicate in theirinternal organisational structure about what kind of skills and capabilities are require for anorganisation to meet international standards. Resources: To reach at objectives and goals of an organisation various kinds of resources suchas tools and techniques, manpower and finance to operate at global level. Sharing of knowledgeand information to right person about potentiality require to operate at international level so thatmajor benefits should be occur and organisation can enlarge business opportunities.Quality: Quality is one of major attributes to gain desirable outcomes. For an organisationqualitative results helps in taking important decisions that ways and methods that helps inselecting and retaining best and competitive staff members (Drucker, 2012.). To measurequality of results some standards should be set such as benchmarking and to reduce wastagevarious techniques should be adopted. By adopting various practices that helps in evaluatingthat results are positive and negative so that accordingly strategies should be framed. Cost: Before conducting research organisation have to evaluate cost that associated with eachand every factor. By evaluating cost organisation can take important decisions that they arecapable to organise that kinds of research or not in proper way. To complete that project Nestlehave to bear 60K Euro by making whole investment of £80 million so for that they have toaccumulate resources from various sources to reap important benefits out of it.Time: Time frame is an important attribute to accomplish goals and objectives at predetermined time period. If organisation fail to attain desirable objectives at right time it createharmful effects on their profitability and sustainability. To conduct research and get reliablesource of information occurs approximately 8 to 10 months and in gaining positive outcome

within 6 months.Risk: Risk is an important factor that associated with every object that exist on earth. Beforeconducting research and development it is very necessary to measure the risk factor so thatproper measures to get rid from existing risk in research. By adopting risk mitigation strategiesorganisation can be able to get desirable outcomes without any harmful effects. P3 Work Breakdown Structure and Gantt chart.Work break down structure is a main project that organizes works of a team in differentmanageable sections (Hillson, 2017.). WBS structure helps in dividing complex tasks or projectsinto smaller and manageable way to understand in better way. Majorly project managers availthat method to simplify the projects to execute in better way. It is not restricted to limited sphereswhile apply it but applicable for any kinds of project in research.
