INTRODUCTION Management of Food and Beverages plays an important role in the hospitality business it helps in maintaining the activities of the business like inventory and ordering, costing and planning menus, managing budget etc. It also involves various HR functions like, training, recruiting,managing which helps in the providing the best services to the customers. Proper planning is very important in the organisation to achieve its goals because it helps in increasing the demand of the company in the market also maintaining its customer loyalty. If main motive of the organisation is to satisfy its customer by the services which they are providing for this proper management is very important. If the organisation will not follow the proper management system then it can affect the growth of the company in the market (Firdiansjah and Widyaratna, 2020). Roots York is among one of the top Restaurant of UK it was developed by Tommy Banks. This restaurant is located in the historic york. It provides the best services of lunch and dinner to the customers Tommy banks created its menu according to the needs and requirement of the customer so that there demand in the market can be increased. Its infrastructure attracts the attentions of the customers due to which it has increased its revenue in the menu. In this report it will be observe that how food and beverages management helps the organisation to achieve its target in the marketplace. It involves proper management of food and beverages so that customer cannot face any issue proper management in the business helps in the growth of the business so that more profit can be earned proper manufacturing and delivering of is very important for the business to 3
increase it profit in the markets different business types provides different services to the customer like pubs basically focuses on the alcoholic drinks they don't focus in the foods products, restaurants main focus is on dining part their main aim is to provide best food services to the customer, cafes also focus on the coffee and soft drink they have limited focus on the food products.
