Management of Food and Beverages plays an important role in the hospitality business it
helps in maintaining the activities of the business like inventory and ordering, costing and
planning menus, managing budget etc. It also involves various HR functions like, training,
recruiting,managing which helps in the providing the best services to the customers. Proper
planning is very important in the organisation to achieve its goals because it helps in increasing
the demand of the company in the market also maintaining its customer loyalty. If main motive
of the organisation is to satisfy its customer by the services which they are providing for this
proper management is very important. If the organisation will not follow the proper management
system then it can affect the growth of the company in the market (Firdiansjah and Widyaratna,
2020).
Roots York is among one of the top Restaurant of UK it was developed by Tommy Banks. This
restaurant is located in the historic york. It provides the best services of lunch and dinner to the
customers Tommy banks created its menu according to the needs and requirement of the
customer so that there demand in the market can be increased. Its infrastructure attracts the
attentions of the customers due to which it has increased its revenue in the menu.

customers with proper food manufacturing it also provide the delivering services to the customer
so that they can experience the services of the restaurant without moving from one place yo
another. It involves proper management of food and beverages so that customer cannot face any
issue proper management in the business helps in the growth of the business so that more profit
can be earned proper manufacturing and delivering of is very important for the business to

products, restaurants main focus is on dining part their main aim is to provide best food services

products. Hotels includes every sections so that needs and requirement of the customer’s can be
fulfilled easily. Food transportation and food manufacturing is also a part of food and beverages
industries they helps the business to manufacture and transport their food to different location so
that demand of the business can be increased in the market. They helps the industries in
promoting their products which will helps the business to achieve their targets easily (Pitrchart
and Anderson, 2018).

Rating systems is a kind of feedback which is provided by the customer for the services
which is given by the organisation it helps the organisation in improving and developing the
services so that it can increase its customer loyalty and profit in the market. There are different
types of rating according to which company can judge there performance and develop the
changes so that customer cannot face the same issue again. Especially in the reputative
organisation feedback plays an important role because if it will not ask for the feedback from the
customer then it can affect the goodwill of the company in the market. When the new
organisation enters in the market it creates tough competition for the exiting company because
new firms enter with new strategies which can affect the demand of the existing companies due
to which rating has been created so that organisation can understand the areas where
improvements is needed.
Roots york is the Michelin star restaurant it is an international rating system given to the chef of
the restaurant for the services which is provided by them it is a still a dream for many chefs to be
listed in Michelin star rating. It is basically given to the top restaurant around the world.
At national level the rating is provided between one to five star according to the services
provided by the company Five star is the highest rating its is given for the luxurious services
provided by the company. If the rating is under one to three start that it means that services
provided is not as per the customer expectations. In that case company needs to improve their
services so that their demand can be increased in the market.
