CONCLUSION
 It has been summarized that the organization contains a diverse workforce and
hence contain employees from different states, countries which have their own values
and ethics. The major impact of this diverse workforce on the organization is that they
are able to expand across the wide geographies and thus explore the various culture.
Besides this, they are able to enter the new market and serve the customers with new
products as well as services. The researcher has used various methodology in order to
collect the reliable data towards improving the diverse workforce and hence managing it.
