INTRODUCTION
Hospitality industry is based on providing services to the customers such as food,
cottage, resorts and lodges in which the customers can stay.
This industry tries to provide all the necessary amenities to the travelers, guest,
visitors and tourist looking for.

This industry is based on providing various services such as
accommodation, food, spa, bar, and beverages etc.
Hotels fall under different scale and size some are five star
hotels, some are in the form of resorts and guest house and
some are just restaurant.
Rocco Forte is a luxury five start hotels which provides all
the necessary amenities to its customers and make them feel
like a home.

Hotels offers all the facilities to the visitors and often fall under the
category of 1 to 5 star and the star defines the accommodation provided by
the hotels like two start hotels will provide basic room and food services
on the other hand 5 star hotels provides all the services including pool,
bar, lounge, resort and spa.
Some usual services provided by the hotels are – separate bedroom with
wash-room facility, TV, room service, 24 hours reception facility.
Some hotels provide cottage and villas for those who want to stay for long
etc. Hotels are preferred by those who want to stay for 4 to 5 days.

This is the another accommodation services which also
provides overnight stay. Resort are majorly located at the
central places and nearby the local towns. The common
services provided by the resorts are large pools and bar, meal,
Wi-Fi and well managed rooms to stay. Resort are preferred
by families and mostly people who stays for 1 or 2 days.

Commercial Business of hotel
Commercial business of hotel includes food and beverages. They provide quick
services to the families and customers.
Commercial business includes restaurants, cafes, fast food truck, coffee shop
etc. Their aim is to earn profit only.
Non commercial business

For example- Rocco forte is a hotel but have its own restaurant which offer
food and other accommodation to customers.

The possession and ownership of hotel and
accommodation services depends on the structure of the
hotel.
Ownership of hotels are complex in nature. Mostly
ownership are in the form of Franchise, private, leased
and managed.

This is one of the type of privately owned hotels, but the building

the grading of the hotel before booking and try to know what are the experience faced by the
previous customers who stayed in the particular hotel, and their reviews and grades guides the
new potential customers for the booking.
Grading and review depends on the services provided by the hotel if the visitors are happy with
the services they give positive reviews on the website of the hotel and on other online review
sites. But in case if the customer don't like the facility and services of the hotel they may give
negative feedback which can impact the reputation and name of the hotel.
