INTRODUCTIONReflective assessment is the formative process in which person can experience throughlearning. It is also known as the separate process which decade alternative option for strategiesthat is most important part (Stringer, Agnello and Henry, 2014). In the present report,effectiveness of learning process is included to make clear understanding that create experience.Furthermore, it discusses on learning process which can be applied for future development. 1. EFFECTIVENESS AND USEFULNESS OF LEARNING PROCESSOpinion about learning processLearning process commencement the activities which could be filled with positivemoments of joy and hope of people. It includes gratitude of which is critical part in gettingknowledge and information which can be used in the future. Learning process includes staff,parents and many other people through we can learn many things (Raes, Van den Bossche andDochy, 2015). For example, in study we can take views from several people for importantguidance. It makes significance success which universally accomplish in business. Value of the learning experience There are several ways in which learning can be done. Therefore, we can use blog or alsoenrol, from e-book take micro course as well. In this way, several questions happen in right wayso that it is also relative to opportunities. For example, in MBA entire brand can be built inrespect to learn traditional B-school for graduation program. Value of learning experienceenhance proportional to the time which we need to spend in it. In the return, investment assists toget high return through implement learning (Taylor, Oberle and Weissberg, 2017).
