security of the employees working in the organisation. This action plan would highlight three safety issues such as the spillage of
chemicals in the workplace floor, poor or no maintenance of the equipment of the organisation and the lack of signs and symbols of the
hazardous areas or chemicals that could affect the health and wellbeing of the person.
