INTRODUCTION
Employees relation play major role which maintain healthy working environment and
developing good relationship within organisation. It also considered as mutual relationship with
the employees which is necessary to each and every one worked together and developing team
spirit. In these report it has been chosen organisation Marks & Spencer where there is
understand employment relationship concept and management at micro & macro level. It is one
of the famous organisation in UK (Ackers, 2019). It mainly dealing in fashionable clothing
segment which provided various facility to customers. In addition to this, analysed different
roles and responsibility of employees and employers along with their rights, duties and
obligations. Employees relation is important for an organisation and also impact on relations
between the employer and employees which affect the goal and objective of company.
Explain employee’s relation in the context of organisation.
Employees is the valuable asset of company so they adding value in organisation with
daily activities. Managers developing healthy working environment and maintaining strong
relationship with their employees so they impact of the company profitability. In context of
Marks and Spencer, managers provide good working environment so it leads to improving
overall performance of employees and developing mutual understanding between employees and
employers. Employees relation is utmost important for an organisation so mentioned below.
Enhancing profitability and productivity-: Employers developing strong bonding with
their subordinates so create healthy environment due to employees work with full of dedication,
hard work as well as honest towards work. Marks and Spencer superiors motivated their team
members due to improve performance and productivity of company. It also helps to increasing
profitability of company (Aykac, 2016).
Employees engagement-: There are ample number of programmes run by HR manager
for employees such as employee’s engagement programmes is one of the programme which
helps to retain loyal employees and all the activities in order to conduct in organisation so
significant involvement of employees. Marks and Spencer manager provides comfortable zone
so can work in effective manner.
