INTRODUCTION
Work based learning is regarded as a educational aspect that is used for depicting of the
real experiences to employees that is associated with applied academic and technical abilities
related with employability in organisations. Premier inn is a British hotel chain that is operating
across various locations that includes suburbs, city centres and airports, at same time they are
competing with Ibis and travelodge group of hotels (Abaho, 2019). Premier inn is a British
hotel chain that si ne of the largest UK hotel brad having approx 800 hotels and 72000 rooms.
They are operating across various locations that includes suburbs, city centres and airports
competing with various other brands, it was established in 1987 as Whitbread as travel Inn. It
accounts for 70 percent of Whitbread’s earnings. Present report is based on making a detailed
evolutional of the personal skill audit of a individual based on which further personal
development plan is created to receiver with the skill gaps. There is also analysis of different
ability and competencies that is required for the objective of executing roles assigned in the
course of performing job role.

Personal skills are the process of developing of a contrast among skills and abilities according to
the individual competence level and abilities so that functions can be performed in a better
