Explain two principles behind the need for a leader to be self aware and understand their
behaviour, personality and learning style
The two principles are:
Firstly a certain level of ability of a person can be used to analyse the skills , knowledge
and developmental needs of a person. One has to view the abilities that are essential for work
place success and specially the plans made by the leader.
Secondly, the feedback method which is always an important principle for identifying the
personality and behaviour. Taking the feedback from the every aspect such as employees ,
subordinates, clients, employers etc. helps in identifying the developmental requirements.
Explain two techniques involved in managing organizing and identifying personal
behaviour, self-awareness and personality traits.
The techniques can be:
The analysis of performance can be an effective technique that can be used to manage
and measure the self behaviour and personality traits. For this it is necessary to include other
mangers data and notice their performance, to compare their results with own data and get the
result of the gap or achievement.
Another technique can be seeking feedbacks that will help to understand and find out
what others observe and think. It also enables to understand the personality traits that affect the
behaviour. Results will help to enhance the improvements.

The two types of learning styles are logical and social.
The people who follow being logic, reasoning and systems to evaluate and estimate
concepts are referred to as logical learners. They find reasons behind every situation and are
good learners.
Social learners are those people that enjoy learning together with the groups and with
other people and like being more engage and work with others to learn (Singh 2017).
Explain two principles involved in managing and organizing personal goal setting as part
of personal development plan.
Two principles are
First set an challenging goal as it is important to set challenging goals because the more
difficult and specific the goal is, the harder people will work to achieve it. When goals are too
easy or too difficult people will not put their best effort to increase performance.
Second build an regular track of your goals as it is important to know the progress either
you are achieving the goals or not. If this principle is not being followed then one cannot
understand the goal set by him is actually working or not.

measurement
In order to manage, organise and implement a performance management a “just do it”
mentality needs to be adopted. It will involve using the existing resources rather than adapting to
new development of tools to minimize the cost. This will decrease the delays as the mentality
will help to keep the time and performance management.

Performance management requires time, effort, skills and the support of senior
management to manage and organise time accordingly.
Explain two principles involved in managing and organising time.
It is important to start the day with proper planning of the schedule of to do list. Planning
the activities will help to be prepared before the rush. It will also ensure that appropriate use of
time.
Being efficiently effective is another key principle to manage and organise time and
understanding the two terms is most important. Effective means to do the right thing and
efficient means doing things in the right way, this both can be used interrelated.
Describe how a leader may take the initiative to prioritise and facilitate competing
demands to achieve personal, team and organisational goals and outcome.
To take initiative to prioritise and facilitate competing demands to achieve personal, team
and organisational goals it is important to understand the difference between important and
urgent tasks. There is an huge difference between the terms and this terms are related to handling
the difficulties of the situations that may arise in future operations. Other than this the leader is
supposed to have a good analytical skill and problem understanding and solving skill to make the
doubts of members of the team clear to achieve goals.
Identify the technology a leader may use to improve work efficiencies.
Maintaining computer records will help to increase the work efficiencies. The software
application can also help to improve efficiencies and effectiveness.
