This research project examines the strategies that drive workforce transformation in the digital age, using Keller William as a case study. The aim is to identify the concept and prominence of workforce transformation in management, analyze various workforce transformation strategies used in Keller William, and examine several challenges confronted by the organization during implementation. The research methodology includes quantitative research, deductive approach, and positivism philosophy. Data analysis is done using SPSS, and recommendations for alternative methods are provided.
