INTRODUCTIONWorking in partnership is new developmental choice of an organisation to deliver theirservices more efficiently. Relationship plays an important role in providing services to end userspecially in health and social care sector. Integration is an collaborative working in merger ofdifferent service organisation in order to bring enhanced satisfaction level of patients and serviceusers. Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust failed to provide their services according to theirdefined standard due to lack of collaboration in function and integration with service users(Arney and Scott, 2013). Trust is enable to maintain their operations effectively and this issuecan be resolved by maintaining an partnership among users, different professional and variousorganisations in order to deliver efficient services. This report discuss philosophises of workingpartnership along with analysing effect of legislation on positive partnership in health and socialcare sector.TASK11.1 Philosophy of working in partnership.Partnership is sharing of resources, ideas, commitments, objectives along with otherorganisation relationship bring effectiveness in services. This can be helpful in proving ancollaborated work to user resulting in saving of time and effective delivery of services at oneplace. The firms working in relationship helps in providing all services required by unfortunateperson at a common place. Partnership develops collaboration and integration of functions oforganisation working for same motive and engaged in serving people better. This help in availingall health and social care related services at one time by user (Becker and et. al., 2015). MidStaffordshire NHS Foundation Trust is integrated their services along with other professionalsand organisation engaged in delivering their work in same health and social care sector.Relationship philosophy brings various aspects of development of firms mutually. The differentphilosophies defining working in collaboration are described below.Empowerment: This is defined as empowering services user, organisations who areworking in collaboration. This can be described as user is free to make their own choices inavailing different types of medical treatments and services. Empowerment bring independent inuser and suffer while selecting various process involved in social and health care sector.1
