Therefore, growth and developmentof any organization depend on the viability of their employees performance towards achieving businessesgoals and objectives. In this report given organization is United Parcel Service, it is an American supplychain management and multinational package delivery company. This assignment is divided into differentparts which includes use of selection, recruitment and retention procedures. Understand of style andimpact of leadership is also included in this study. Importance of effective team in the organization anddevelopment needs of individuals is also a main part of this project. The process of HRM really begins with decision regarding what the job entails and whattype of person the UPS should hire for the job. Company face issue about the employeesturnover, in order to overcome this, company emphasis on recruiting employees. In order toselect and recruit new member company required some documentation which are determined asunder: Job Description: It is refer as an essential document and aspect which is descriptive in nature. Itincludes the last statement and evidence of the job analysis. Such type of description is more effective fora successful hiring process. It gives information regarding the scope of job responsibilities, role andpositioning in the organization.
