INTRODUCTION
Leadership is the ability of guiding and motivating people of team or enterprise in better
manner. Human resource are paramount part of an organisation include employee and employer
which help in working organisation in effective manner. Working with individual who are
leading is essential for managing the business organisation according to business requirements.
UPS is one United Kingdom's biggest largest organisation which is facing some issues related to
management, leadership and administration of enterprise leading to consumer number decrease.
The report is being developed over the organisation to use the selection, recruitment and
retention procedure for meeting better working environment (Azhar, 2011). It will also
understand the leadership influence and styles along with enabling the working in team in better
manner.
TASK 1
1.1 Prepare documentation of recruitment and selection process
This is indispensable to maintain personnel administration within UPS. The company
service to whole UK and is famous for their better and effective services. They are facing the
problems and issues linked with their management and leadership in past few years. They need
to hire more candidates with innovative skills of working, great abilities, eligibility and creativity
for certain working profile. Human resource division should select and recruit those candidates
that are qualified working environment. In order to meet the determined outcome in better way,
this enterprise should opt better selection, recruitment and retention technique. Here are
mentioned some of the major elements for hiring and recruitment person:
