INTRODUCTION
Education is a process of gaining knowledge and various skills. It is the utmost
responsibility of the teacher to provide a never imaging experience to students. The main focus
of the teacher is to asses critical points of students and enhance their knowledge in an effective
manner (Newman, 2019). The report aims to analyse about understanding the importance of
Education and training. On the other hand, there is a brief evaluation of coach mentor and
teacher. There are various responsibilities and duties which they need to follow in order to
provide best guidance to students. Moreover, there is analysation of different skills and
capabilities which will improve the knowledge of students in a strategic manner. Along with that,
the main focus of this report is to improve the mentoring role in education and training. The
teacher can follow up various strategies and approaches to improve the effectiveness of students.
For further instance, in this report there will be discussion about using referral programs. There
is a multi-agency approach which is used to support the individual learners.

1.1 Analysing the key responsibilities of a coach, mentor and teacher in relation to working with
individual learners
A coach, mentor and teacher needs to do certain enlacements to provide proper oriented
opportunities to the learners. The students needs to inherent the knowledge properly in order to
achieve different tarts in future. The students needs to improve their areas in which they are
lacking in a systematic manner. Moreover, they need to capitalise on different opportunities in
future.
There are certain responsibilities in relation to coach, mentor and teacher which are as follows:
 Helping the students in different aspects by identifying their needs – A coach, mentor
and teacher has to identify the needs to students and improve their critical aspects. The
student need to become active in grabbing different opportunities.. The teacher can help
the students in enhancing their knowledge and help them to overcome different
challenges (Argent, Brown and Kelly, 2022). The mentors provide appropriate guidance
which help the individual requires to solve different problems. On the other hand, the
coach improves certain, capabilities and skills of learners. Being teacher of business

management I understand the needs of learners and help them to become more strategic
towards their decisions. There are various which which is used to improve the critical
aspects and improve their further performance.
 Giving impressive learning experience to help them achieve different targets – The
main vision of teacher is to provide engaging learning experience in which the students
can achieve different targets in future. Moreover the main factor which is highlighting for
students is to improve their knowledge in multiples topics. The new technological tools
can improve the experience of learners. The moan benefits of providing online learning is
that it increase grasping power of the individuals. Being a teacher of business
management I always provide a engaging experience to the students. I help them
understand about the new topics with the help of online updated course material.
 Promoting learners autonomy – Learner autonomy is a concept in which the students
can take their own responsibilities. They are skilled enough to asses their own needs and
the areas which they want to improve in an effective manner. Being a teacher of business
management I help the students to grow different skills,. They can enhance their
knowledge by understanding new topics. The main aims is to provide a healthy
environment in which they can attain sub sequential growth.
2.1 Understanding various ways to select strategies to meet the needs of individual learners
It is generally important to understand the needs of learner in an effective manner.
Through this the learners are able to become skilled and can achieve academic success in future.
There are various new techniques which can be used by teacher to improve the students growth
at various aspects (El Mamoun, Erradi and El Mhouti, 2018). The strategies could inherently
includes the mentoring programs through which the learners can choose their career path wisely.
Multiple strategies which could be developed by teachers is described below:
 Developing the creative nature and mindset of students – Teacher could use new
methods to provide engaging learning experience to learners. This will certainly help
them to become more creative and growth their mindset in a strategic manner. Being a
teacher of business management I help the students to become more creative. I provide
them new assignments on new marketing conditions which is regulating in business
environment. The main focus is to help them achieve and significant growth and improve
different capabilities and skills.

 Using different forms of assessments – The teacher can help the students to impoverish
further aspects in an effective manner. Assignments is a tool to measure the overall
performance of learners. The learner can asses their needs and develop a cordial
relationship with the teacher. Diagnostic assessments includes different questions which
is based upon new topics. This will further help them to become more informative about
the critical aspects. On the other hand, initial assessments asses the needs of further
improvements which is required by learner. Being a teacher of business management the
assessments which is provided by me is new and unique. It is been prepared by taken the
students consideration and different new topics in which they are lacking. The main focus
to help them become more innovate the new techniques and strategies related to subject.
 Improving consistency – The teacher needs to make the students consistent in regards to
their growth. They need to adopt new challenges which appears alongside with their
career. Being a teacher of business management there are certain needs of the individual
which could be fulfilled in an effective manner (Yan and Vyas, 2020). The main focus is
to help them achieve am sustainable growth in future by become more competitive. I help
them to improve their critical areas and this results in improving their consistency.
 Maintaining systematic behaviour in classroom – The teacher needs to provide equal
opportunities to the individuals which will help them to establish and effective growth in
their future. Being a teacher of business management I provide equal opportunity to every
individual. I had indulged a disciplinary code of conduct in lectures which helps them to
function better on different situations.

3.1 Reviewing the resources required for an effective multi-agency approach
Resources generally helps to improve the overall performance of students in an effective
manner. Multi-agency approaches includes a particular set of activities and there are multiple
desired outcomes which can be expected to the students. The multiple set of resources which is
required in effective multi agency approach is mentioned below:
 Good communication – This is one of the most crucial factor to carry out the multi-
agency approaches effectively. The teacher needs to develop good relationship with
students. On the other hand, establishing an effective communication will help them to

improve their critical areas. They can generally focus on self improvements and help
them to improve their skills and capabilities. Being a teacher of business management I
develop effective communication with students. I help them to solve complex problems
and improve their critical areas in a systemic manner.
 Establishing collaboration – The students and the teacher needs to work in collaborated
manner. The teacher must focus on learner growth with the help of different strategies
and approaches. Being a teacher of business management I work collaboratively with the
students (Honigsfeld and Dove, 2019). I solve their problems in an effective manner and
help them to become more confident.
3.2 Explaining different factors which influence the referral process
Referral Points can helps the learner to become more creative and improve their critical
aspects in an effective manner (Warren and Ward, 2019). The programs which can be prepared
by the teacher needs to interactive and assist them in learning new things. There are different
factors which can effect the referral process is mentioned below:
 Skill set of students – The talents of every individual is different from each other and it
can influence the referral programs. The teacher needs to make the programs interactive
which will help the students achieve strategic growth in their respective fields. Being a
teacher of business management the main focus is to enhance the knowledge of students.
I help them in solving different complex problems which makes them more efficient.
Their position is also enhanced this is vital growth factor for them.
 Multiple conflicts of Interest – While solving different problems the learner can discuss
their problems with different groups. There are multiple conflicts which are supposed to
take place. Being a teacher I take several suggestions from the students to improve my
teaching standards (Xiaofang, 2022). Through this, I can improve their critical points
help them to inherent different skills and capabilities.\
 Nature of the learner requirements – The learner needs to adapt to the new challenges.
The students can ask different problems from teacher through this they are bale to attain
significant growth. Being a teacher I use the effective communication process to help the
students achieve significant growth and enhance their performance. There are various
strategies which are formulated to help them understand about new dynamic topics of
business management.

 Learner preferences – The teacher needs to understand the preferences of students to
potentially help them in different vast topics. They must focus on preparing the referral
program in a creative manner. As a teacher of business management I understand the
needs and preferences of students (Finn, 2022). I include multiple tasks in referral
programs which can improve their habit of understanding new vast topics.

The roles of coach, mentor and teacher is different from each other. The initial assessments is
taken to test the knowledge of individuals in an effective manner. Through this they are able to
improve their strengths and weakness. The students can grow different skills and capabilities by
indulging themselves in different programs (MacDiarmid, 2018). Coaching helps the learner to
improve their critical aspects with the help of proper guidance. They tend to become capable for
the future job opportunities. Coach can also help the students to assess their strengths and
weakness in an effective manner. There are various key objectives which can be prepared by
mentor make the individual more confident and enhance their performance. On the other hand,
mentoring helps the individual to achieve a significant growth in future. The mentors also
evaluate their career outcomes effectively and helps the individual to analyse the aspects in
which they are lacking. Informal mentoring is a more oriented approach it helps the individual to
become more capable for the future job positions. Formal mentoring is opposite to help the
learner in solving different problems and become more competitive in future. They are tend to
see the situations with different mindset and able to solve different problems in an effective
manner (Ahn,2021). Teaching is the most crucial role there is a significant importance of
teaching in individual life. The teacher focus of the strengths and weakness regrading to the
topics. The provide various assessments to learners achieve different goals and objectives.

Teacher includes certain programs through which the learners begin to understand the vast topics
and enhance their knowledge. Being a teacher of business management I tend to provide a
healthy environment to students in which they are able to achieve an effective growth.
4.1 Analysing the impact of organisational requirements and expectations on curriculum practice
in own area of specialism
Curriculum is a standard which is sequenced base the students can achieve different skills
and improve the proficiency of students. It is a guide to all the educators and the teacher can also
plan their duties. They can include certain effective programs to improve the growth of students
in an effective manner. There are certain components while developing the curriculum for the
learners. There is a significant impact of organisational expectation and requirements in planning
the curriculum. The teacher needs to develop the curriculum in an effective manner. The teacher
has the inherent responsibility to design the curriculum which basically fulfil the goals and
objectives of and organisation. It needs to be created taking all the viable options. The
curriculum needs to prepared with the help of certain components. It includes issues and
problems which can be solved in a systematic manner (Nganji, Brayshaw and Gordon, 2022). On
the other hand, there are different characteristics and needs of the learners which needs to be
assessed by the teacher. There are certain objectives and goals which needs to be planned in
curriculum. This will help the students to achieve and significant growth and improves their
overall knowledge. Being a teacher of business management the main work responsibility is to
plan a curriculum which includes all the viable topics. There are new opportunities on which
they can capitalise. The curriculum which I have planned is in relevance to the ethical code of
conduct. It fulfil the needs of every learners there are different topics which is included while
making the curriculum. The main focus of preparing a curriculum is to follow the duties and
work responsibilities in a strategic manner. Providing the assignments in a timely manner to the
students.
There are various new techniques and methods which is used by me in order to help the
students achieve different goals and objectives. They can potentially grow their career in right
direction. In business management most of the individuals tends to improve their skills to
understand the dynamic market condition. The curriculum which I had planned inherent different
skills which will improve the overall capabilities of the individuals. Moreover the impact of
curriculum of organisation is also positive. The work duties are divided in an effective manner

and it prepared by assessing all the rules and regulations which needs to be developed for a
prepared curriculum planning (Webster Bosanquet and Blatchford,2020). Providing a enriching
experience to the students is the main motive of preparing a curriculum.
Curriculum also specifies the duties and work responsibilities which needs to be
performed by the teacher (Macfarlane, Macfarlane and Mataiti, 2020). I prepared three types of
curriculum which includes subject centred, learner centred and problem centred. The most
effective design which I use is learner centred. It is prepared in accordance to the needs of the
learners. There are certain strengths of the individual which can be improved in an effective
manner. They can focus on a significant growth in their life.

5.1 Analyse the effectiveness of own practice in relation to one-to-one teaching and learning
situations
It is very important to understand for the teachers that analysis of their own practice
effectiveness is crucial as it helps them to guide that how an organisation need to take actions.
The ultimate goal of the student is to provide the best learning experience and it is depend on the
practice of teaching (Mora and et.al., 2019). Analysing the effectiveness of teaching and learning
approaches is an important concept in which a teacher is focusing on analysing the one-to-one
teaching and learning situations. For the purpose of analysis, it is very important for the teacher
to measure their own practice or performance which can be possible with the help of measuring
the ability of students and their schools in the test.
One-to-one teaching is a concern with the student learning from interaction with a
teacher. In one-to-one teaching, it is found that students and features of continuously focus on
interactions which are really very helpful for the students to learn faster. They also become more
masters in the subject which they learn from the teachers. This type of teaching is a post to the
typical classroom where the teacher is only speaking about the subject. In this type of teaching
students also play a very important role as they are continuously interacting with the teachers (Li
and et.al., 2021). Analysing the affectedness of own practice in one on one teaching can be
possible by measuring the performances of children. That means when the students are able to
get good marks on the test this will employees that the teacher is going in the right direction.

Analysis of the effectiveness of teacher teaching style can be possible with the help of feedback,
analysis of test scores, etc. It will automatically show the performances of teachers.
It is also very important for teachers to make an individual learning plan for their
students. It is very helpful in order to provide an equal opportunity and starting point for each
and every learner. Generally, it is identified that learners do better only if they come from a
family with a strong academic background. That means those students or learners who not come
from a strong academic background will not get effective teaching and education. This is the
main reason that teachers need to make sure about the individual learning plans and they should
be analysed for the purpose of analysing their own effectiveness.
In my case, I am a teacher of business and it becomes very important for me to analyse
my own practice from time to time. This will help me to identify the areas of improvement which
can be improved with the right strategy (Wadhera, 2020). When I am teaching business in the
classroom then I always focus on one on one teaching so that I am able to know what are the
thoughts and opinions of the students regarding my teaching style. If they are understanding the
topic very well that means I am good at my own practice but if they are not able to understand
the subject knowledge then it shows my weaknesses. So that's why analysis is necessary and it is
one of the important ways which I generally used in order to analyse my own practice. For that
purpose, I asked questions in the classroom so that I am able to know the knowledge students get
in the class.
5.2 Identify own strengths and areas for improvement in relation to one-to-one teaching and
learning situations
After analysing my own practice in one on one teaching and learning situations I found
some areas of improvement and strength (Swanson, Kong and Petcu, 2019) . Firstly I want to
discuss my strength which I found from the outcome of the analysis of the effectiveness of my
own practice. I found that I have a good sense of humour which is an important skill for a teacher
that makes a difference from others. There are many situations come in the classroom where the
students are asking any question which is not related to the study. That time I found that I am not
feeling hesitant to give an answer and was nervous. This quality provides me with more
confidence in my teaching style and that I am able to handle each and every situation in the
classroom. I also identified one of the most important strengths is communication skills. As per
my knowledge, it is very important for the students to have good communication skills otherwise

they are not able to discuss with the students and solve their problems. Communication is always
done in the two important ways which include verbal and nonverbal and I found that I am good
at both ways. This is the best thing for me as I am able to do effective communication with the
teachers which makes my one-on-one teaching strong.
Apart from these strengths, I also found some areas for improvement which I need to
focus on very seriously. The first area in which I need to improve is time management. I identify
that I am always late in the classroom which reduces the interest of the students. It provides a
negative impact on the student's studies and that's why I need to work on my time management
skills (Bescherer, Hughes and Hamel, 2020). In addition to this, I found that I am weak in
analysing learning styles. Generally, I am ignoring the choices of a student which reduces their
interest level in the classroom. I analyse that some of the students are not learning with the
notebooks as they want that I will each on the blackboard with the help of examples. It is
necessary for me to work on this area because learners' needs are my first target. Meeting the
needs of learners is very important for me and it can be possible only when I am able to
effectively analyse the learning styles.
In addition to this, I also need to work on analysing the behaviour of students which can
be possible with the use of theories and models. I can better explain with the help of explaining
my own experience in the classroom where I analysed that the behaviour of students is very
important to understand. There was an incident in the classroom which took place in front of me.
I was taught the important topic related to my subject which is necessary to understand by each
and every individual but I found that students are not responding in the classroom when I asked
the questions. At that time I realized that forcibly I need to analyse the behaviour of students and
their learning styles. This results in effective teaching and learning. I analysed that if I am
focusing on analysing preferred learning styles of office students then it becomes easy for me to
make an inclusive learning environment (Sugimoto, 2021). With the help of this, I can easily
involve the individual goals and objectives in the classroom. As a teacher of the business subject,
it is very important for me to meet the learning needs and requirements and this can be possible
only with the help of working on these improvement areas.

5.3 Plan opportunities to improve own skills in relation to one-to-one teaching and learning
situations
After understanding my mistakes and improvement areas, it is necessary for me to take
the right actions which can be possible with the help of making some strategies and plans. It can
be possible with the help of making plans which focused on improving the skills related to one
on one teaching and learning situations. Formulating a plan is very important for the Teachers
because it provides guidance that how they will work on their improvement areas which will
result in the achievement of goals. It is important to understand for the teacher that formulating
an action plan is not an easy task for a teacher because it should include the targets according to
the SMART goals (Patrick, 2020). Teachers are able to achieve their goals and objectives and
effectively work in the learning environment. The skills and areas which I found from the
analysis of effectiveness on practice now I need to make a plan which is mentioned in the table

CONCLUSION
It can be concluded from the above discussion that the education and training department
plays an important role in the success and growth of any individual. It is found that teachers and
coaches are playing an important role in the students' life because they are the person who guides
the students in their career. This report discussed the importance of a coach, mentor and teachers
in relation to work in with individuals. Teachers are playing an important role as coaches and
mentors. This report also discussed important strategies used by the teachers in order to meet the
needs of individual learners. In addition to this, some important aspects also discussed in the
report which includes the multi-agency approach and understanding of organisational context. In
addition to this, there was a discussion of the evaluation of own practice in relation with one to
one teaching.
