INTRODUCTION
It is essential for an individual to improve skills, knowledge and potential to grow in
professional career. To grow and explore in current corporate environment, it is crucial to
improve in capabilities. For this, they take help of mentor, teachers who can guide them to learn
new skills. These person have wide experience in that particular fields thus they are able to
guide learners in an efficient manner (Khateeb, 2019). This skills help individuals to differentiate
themselves from others and to get success. Mentor help to guide students to improve their
knowledge so that they can achieve predefined goals. The report concentrates on the role of
mentor or leader to shape career of an individual. It is analysed that leaders, coach play a vital
role to enhance capabilities of learner. The report discuss about the strategies to attain the
specific goals, resources required for multi agency approach along with the factors that affect
referral process. Further, the process of one to one learning, skills that have been developed
through this approach also discussed in the report. At the end it comprises the opportunities and
the improvements that need to be undertake to improve future performance.

students
Responsibilities is essential in everyone part of life on the basis of work is carried out.
So, in context of coach, mentor or teacher while working with students they have different
responsibilities which are discussed below-
Responsibilities of coach
The first responsibility of coach to provide path or map to students or individual so that
goals & objectives are achieved properly (Boeren, Mackie and Riddell, 2020).
Another one is to solve examine or analyse problems or issues faced by individual so
that further decisions are made effectively.
It is also duty of coach to deliver appropriate strategies in learning to both individual as
well as student during course of learning.

Responsibilities of mentor
Mentor also have responsibility such as to identify the core interest of a particular
student so that learning is given to them accordingly.
Further one is to provide with new information & how ways through which desired goals
can be achieved.
Responsibilities of teacher
Teacher are being considered as most important for student because their responsibility
is to provide study material to students so that they can gain knowledge in proper way.
Also, it is duty of manager to assure that syllabus of course is being designed effectively
so that study is being conducted accordingly.
1.2Differentiate between coaching, mentoring, teaching roles with respect of working with
individual learner
Coaching, mentoring, teaching roles are different from each other according to which
they carry out their all processes (Butler, 2017). It essential for them to focus on these roles so
that learning is provided to individual appropriately. Thus, comparison between these are
discussed as follows-
