There is a company named The United Parcel Service, and the company is going to hold a recruitment process in the organization. This is the world’s largest package delivery company. This company is also related to the supply chain management solutions. The head office of the company is in the city of Sandy Spring, Georgia, and United States. UPS delivers more than 15 million packages on a daily basis to more or less 8 million people in more than 200 countries all around the world.The factors and the issues that are involved in the process are given in the below section. In this project the process of recruiting people in the company will be discussed. The recruitment will be done through different process of interview. Before taking the interview the details of the candidates will be taken just to shortlist the eligible candidates.
