It isinternational expansion strategy has responded to the need to be sensitive to local expectations inother countries by entering into joint ventures with local partners. The market share of companyis more than 30% in UK which make it number one retail organization in UK. The present reportis based on the working with leading people in context to Tesco. Human capital inherent part of organization.
