recruitment process. PM Company is the leading courier organisation who has been
continuously failing to manage effectiveness of services. The report will outline the
leadership and management practices which will assist the firm in enhance its business

The foremost duty of HR will be to prepare effective documentation which will
demonstrate the process and effectiveness of recruiting new employees. The documentation
for recruitment and selection is as follows:

responsible for giving valid reason for all job vacancy and requirement. Further, in

descriptions, advertising and selection criteria in which the manger will judge the

considerations which assist the enterprise in providing equal opportunities to all applicants.

the condition, recruitment of new staff was must for the growth of an organisation.

Leadership quality in HR professional plays vital role in establishing efficiency and
effectiveness in employee’s performance. It is important for the manager to be a good leader.
The qualities and characteristics of manger and leader are different but are partially related to
each other. Further, in accordance to current depriving position of leading Courier Company
it is important for the professional to demonstrate attributes and skills of leader which are as
follows:
 Honest: The individual needs to be honest and responsible towards its job function. It
is the key skills which the manager in managing organisational functions effectively
by serving employees satisfaction.
 Communication: It is the key driver of enhancing the quality of business operations.
Communication is the tool which assists the manager in interaction with employees

and management. Moreover, it helps in deriving problems which can influence the
functions of enterprise (Tenga, Holme and Bahr, 2010).
 Commitment: It is the leadership attribute which helps the manager in performing
