How can you implement the help they provide you? Answer – In any field of work, there are sets of people who are involved with system analyzing, adviser, accessing employees, and the members of the apex level management is called for help, information sharing and supporting (Colbert, Bono & Purvanova, 2016). The help provided by them could be implemented by potentially distinguishing the working environment and extinguishing the issues from the work culture. 2. Give an example of workplace conflict and suggest a method to resolve the conflict including how you would obtain feedback from colleagues to resolve the conflict. Answer – One of the potential example of work place conflict could be pointed to the discrimination related conflicts. An employee of the team who claimed to be minority are burdened with most of the menial work and tasks in the group. The basic method to solve the issue to equally dividing the task among all the members of the group (Methot et al., 2016). Obtaining feedback from the colleagues would be helpful for resolving conflict at the work place. This process could be carried out by collecting opinions of the employees’ against the discrimination.

Explain the signs that tells you conflict is approaching Answer – There would be many signs that could be useful for understanding that a conflict might come at the workplace. Signs like – a. Describe which legislation and organizational policies impact workplace relationship Answer – Legislation and employment law plays an important role in regulating culture and maintain work place relationship in any organization. Give two examples of how poor work relationship that results from cultural and social differences would negatively impact the successful operations of an organization. Answer – Poor work relationship would eventually be resulting in the operational success of the organization. While having a poor work relationship among the team members would eventually lead in the delay of work, which in fact would be hampering the production of the organization. Another example of poor work relationship would be miscommunication. Employees have a low level of communication would eventually be leading to have poor performance and impact negatively to the success of the organization. 8.
