views with public. This report cover “ I have a dream which is a public speech that delivered by
Martin Luther King Junior in August 28th, 1963. In this the main dream of Martin is to delivering
freedom and equality from a land of slavery and hatred (Hyland and Paltridge, 2011). Along with
this, equality and Diversity policy of the British Library is also mentioned in this report. As
promotion of equality, diversity and culture help in bringing valuable impact upon society and
also enhance the working of organisation.
