INTRODUCTIONEnglish is one of the academic language which is effectively used authorities regardingprovidence of rules and regulations. This language is also used by many leaders to share theirviews with public. This report cover “ I have a dream which is a public speech that delivered byMartin Luther King Junior in August 28th, 1963. In this the main dream of Martin is to deliveringfreedom and equality from a land of slavery and hatred (Hyland and Paltridge, 2011). Along withthis, equality and Diversity policy of the British Library is also mentioned in this report. Aspromotion of equality, diversity and culture help in bringing valuable impact upon society andalso enhance the working of organisation.
