company have to contribute in CSR activities in order to balance economic and financial
condition of organisation and society. This approach has been legally approved by Govt. of many
many countries which argues that organisation has to contribute in society issues and problems,
employee family living betterment. Also by this, Govt. can gather fund and sponsor in distribute
some responsibility to private sector (Ries, 2011). This is useful for organisation as well as it
develop organisation competitive advantage and build different brand image in society. In this
report, CSR activities of Charlotte hotel will be analysed which is a four star luxury hotel and
popular for its hospitality, Therefore, it has to perform CSR among society and among
employees. This report will discuss aims and objective of research, and study of project
management plan and implementation strategy among society. Also it will study advantage of
CSR activities in reputation building and competitive environment.

perform. Also I get to know tools and techniques instead theories , books and journals are also
useful and identification of proper information is needed before finalizing any concept. After
pursue on my research with less time, I found out worth of analysis that I have done even sample
size was small but it is helpful. Also, while analysing data, I came out with bunch of knowledge
