P7 Reflection on the value of undertaking the research to meet the objective
The above research project it is identified that there are various research method which
need to taken into consideration for carrying out whole research. I find out that for conducting
whole research for meeting the objectives company need to firstly to devise a plan and schedule
each project for monitoring and completing the aims and objectives. Further then Gantt char
need to produce for providing the timeline and stages for completion. I analysed that there are
two methods for conducting collecting a data and information that Primary and secondary
research techniques both the techniques are very helpful for collecting the information which is
need and already published in books and journals. After collecting information it is necessary to
analysed it by making theme and charts. Further my own learning is that I understood each and
every method in form the depth. By applying all the different type of techniques all the finding
can be clearly understood. Their are different type of techniques which is used for implementing
the whole plan that is qualitative and quantitative techniques. Both technique are very helpful
for organization such as in qualitative technique themes and charts are made and on the basis of
this interpretation is done. Apart from this in qualitative research their statistical tools and
techniques used such as Z test etc. further I learned that there are different types of approach that
are inductive and deductive both are help in deep understanding or research.
Along with this I also understand the way of preparing Gantt chart and questionnaire. I
also identified from the research that there are different type of question prepared such as open
ended, closed ended etc. on basis of them interpretation is done which help in getting finding of
primary research. Further I also understood the importance of implementation of CSR within an
organization.
