the other hand secondary data is that which is already published in books and journals,
internet etcs. Through the help of research data researcher can increase the level of
validity and reliability of study. In the present study researcher used both primary and
secondary method for collecting information and data. In primary research scholar used
questionnaire for gathering data (Lushey and Munro, 2015). The reason for choosing this
data is to determining the importance of corporate social responsibility for Charleotte
street hotel. On the other hand researcher also used secondary research in which data is
collected from books, libraries and internet. Information collected through secondary
research help in understanding the different view of different researcher. In order to carry
out research on determining the importance of CSR at Charlotte street hotel and for
achieving the valid outcome. In primary research all question is prepared on the basis of
aim and objectives. Manager who are working at the Charlotte street hotel is taken into
considerations, so that reliable information can be gained (Bryman and Bell, 2014).

statistical tool and technique such as Z test, descriptive test. For identifying the

Research limitations: in this whole study which is conducted by researcher has been tires
to give best efforts for this research projects. Further, there is not enough time and
resource for highly detailed research. Through the help of survey there are 5 managers

is relationship between CSR and competitive advantage. On the other hand, there is one
participants who stated that there is no relationship between CSR and competitive advantage.
Hence, majority of respondent are agree with link between both CSR and competitive
advantages. If company provide fund to charity and benefits its employee then it can easily
survive competitive advantage and all CSR activities help in gaining competitive advantage.
