contemporary issues. It is a neutral source of information and data is
unbiased. The source the conversation is evaluated using the CRAAP
method. In this method currency, relevance, authority, accuracy and
purpose of the source are evaluated. In the evaluation, it is identified that

The source is relevant in the current scenario and publishes useful
information about the latest global issues. This platform focuses on the
accuracy of the information and created protocol for the authors to bar
them publishing any fake information. For example, for the article on
globalization vs. national interests data from world values survey is used. It
considered as an authentic source of information. The conversation uses
fact-checking method to assess the correctness of the facts. It also uses a
content management system ruby on rails in that articles are connected to
the profile of authors. As per the data available on online sources the quality
of content is good and data used is highly reliable. The website aims to
deliver knowledge about trending global issues and help the public to
understand the complex issues. It also helps in smooth discussion over
complex issues of global importance (Knobloch-Westerwick et al., 2015).

Task 4
In the latest survey, PwC found that 88% of people from the young
generation are willing to work for the organization with strong ethics and
values and that are similar to their values and principles. The present-day
workforce gives importance to self-satisfaction from their job. They
understand the importance of fulfilling social responsibility that is opposite
to the aims of capitalism. Current day workforce prefers socialism over
capitalism and this statement can be justified with the data collected from
the survey. It shows that millennials are not willing to work for the
organization that is fulfilling its corporate social responsibility only on
papers. They want actual implementation of the policies and welfare of
society (Real business, 2018).
So, if any organization wants to retain the workforce then it needs to
formulate effective policies to meet their social responsibility. It would
satisfy the workers that they are doing something productive every day and
contributing to the welfare of society. This idea challenges capitalism.
Capitalism is facing tough competition from socialism. Present-day
workforce focus on productivity, inner satisfaction and emancipation of the
society by doing something for them. They are very vocal about the issues of
gender diversity, inclusiveness and equality at the workplace. If an
organization has effective corporate social responsibility it will motivate the
employees to work enthusiastically for the organization. It should also
formulate a policy that promotes equality of opportunities, inclusiveness,
and diversity because the aim of working of present-day generation is not
limited to earn money they think for the bigger picture and do not hesitate
to move for it (Leu et al.,2017).

A joined conference of business, the academic world, economist and other
thinkers tried to assess the importance of artificial intelligence and its
probable impact on the workforce in future. The data indicates that AI is
going to leave behind the human workforce and it will take place of humans
as translators, writer, drivers, surgeon etc. in coming decades. It is also
predicted that all human jobs will be automated until the next century. A lot
of people think that artificial intelligence will destroy many jobs but
according to the business insider, it will generate as many as jobs as it will
end. Several new possibilities emerge from artificial intelligence. The fields
that are going to be the least affected by it are education, research, ICT and
hospitality. As the data indicates the worst affected sectors will be
manufacturing, transport, construction etc. as they involve repetitive tasks.
So; it is worthwhile to formulate effective strategies to understand AI and
its potential and identify several ways to learn new technologies. After
conducting extensive research, formulation of effective strategy will help in
dealing with the changes due to AI in future and yield positive results for
the world (MDigital, 2019).
