INTRODUCTION
Social responsibility in the corporate is a duty of organization and in this they have to
take initiatives so that they can analyse activities and fulfil responsibility for effects of business
entity on environmental as well as social well being. CSR is important as well as essential for
business to attain success in competitive market (Ajmal, Helo and Kekäle, 2010). There are
different type of CSR practices which staff member of firm have to adopt which includes
environmental protection, ethical practices etc. Present report is based on Zizzi restaurant which
is a chain of Italian restaurant. In below mentioned assignment, discussion on aims and
objectives as well as plan for project management.
