INTRODUCTION
Marketing is important tool that helps businesses to reach the targeted customers.
Marketing involves many related activities that involves communication and engaging with the
customers in order to make profitable relationships with them. Business must use effective
marketing tool that helps to influence the customer’s behavior and deliver the quality marketing
offerings that satisfies their needs and desired (Ampah, 2019). Effective marketing and
distribution channels of any business determine helps the businesses to boost sales and profit
margin of the business. This report covers that what actually is marketing, what is marketing
mix, concept of digital marketing, what is social media marketing, importance of digital
marketing and social media marketing and the examples of social media content with the
justification on its workings.

Explain marketing
It is a tool to promote the market offerings of the business in order to deliver the
marketing message to the customers. Marketing involves different activities that starts right from
product development, developing distribution channels, communicating to the customers and
then to check the effectiveness of the marketing campaign. It is important for businesses to
develop an effective marketing campaign in order to influence the buyer behavior and promote
the market offerings to the large customer’s segment (Basri, 2020). Marketing also plays an
important role in analyzing the market demand and develop effective market offerings that best
satisfies the market demand and customer needs.
Determine marketing mix and communication mix
Marketing mx is the composition of the marketing tool in order to deliver the marketing
message to the end customers. Marketing mix involves 4 P’s which are as product, price, place,
promotion. While developing marketing campaign, businesses must use these marketing tools
for developing effective marketing campaign (Bormane, 2019). Wherein the communicational
mix involves different tool that helps the business to engage with the target customers.
