Team dynamics Forming-HR manager will forms groups in the team. Storming-The HR manager will help the team members to form sub groups as well. Norming-The HSC expert will evaluate the performance of the team. Performing- Health Care Professional will analyse the duty and responsibility of all the team members. Adjourning-Care taker will make all the members perform their duty and the task is completely finished or not.
Suggestion for alternative ways The members will have to educate the people with the importance of treatment of mental disorders. 1.Advertisement- To provide information to the community people through brochures and pamphlets. 2.Benefits to the Community- Team will have to make sure they highlight the free services under the treatment been provided to the people of the community.
