Stores Inc (Dependable home product) is a retailer service provider company of Canada.They are dealing with some issues related to promoting their company to reach to another leveland to satisfy their customers by providing the best service. As they are constantly facing withsome serious issues like lack of promotional materials in most of the stores and the customers arealso not aware about credit card payment (Solomon, 2014). As D.H.P has been initiated with thenew marketing strategy of using credit card while paying so their stuffs have the responsibility tonot only convince the customers about using credit card but also to give the proper informationabout why to use credit card and what are the benefits of having a credit card. This case study ismainly based on the promotional ideas and how to tackle with the problems. They are arranginga meeting for both the stuffs and all the managers to discuss about the plan. After all briefdiscussion about the problem they are coming with the solution of publishing it socially byadvertising campaigns (McDonald & Wilson, 2016). Even after implementing it in suchpromotional way the result was not by their side. So they are coming with another solution ofgiving full effort to promoting credit cards.Symptoms:Market failure can happen in the case of lack of promotional material. Not having the requiredmaterials the company can’t fulfill the customer’s demand. Here supply and demand chain is notstable.Lacks of public goods, inefficient products are another reason of market failure (Baeret al.2013).
