referring to your project, regarding project integration management.
SECTION 1 - PROJECT CHARTER
PROJECT NAME: CONSTRUCTION OF ANZAC BRIDGE IN AUSTRALIA
PROJECT MANAGER: Adrian Michael Warde
DEFINITION
1.Project Initiation Documentation
The project initiation document is considered as one of the important components of project management
that generally helps in forming the foundation for the entire project of the company. It is considered as
one of the reference points for the clients as well as for the project team. The primary reason of utilizing
the PID document is to properly capturing as well as recording information that is mainly required for
properly defining as well as planning the entire project and thus it helps in forming proper basis for
managing as well as evaluating the entire project success. Furthermore, it includes a list of people who
generally participate within the project starting from the initiation project. In the last phase, approval is
needed to be taken on the project initiation document including operations and HR department.
2.Project Description
The paper mainly reflects on construction of Anzac Bridge that is one of the 8 lane cable stayed bridge
that exists between Pyrmont as well as Glebe Island that is very much close to central business-based
district in Sydney. It is found that the bridge is helpful in forming one of the parts of Western Distributor
that generally leads from Sydney to Cross tunnel to Norther suburbs. It is found that Glebe Island Bridge
was present in the year 1903 but as delay occurs due to enhancing traffic that was further exacerbated by
having major arterial road for allowing the entire movement of shipping to Blackwattle Bay that further
leads to construction of the Anzac bridge.
It is found that the stay cable-based design concept for the final design was mainly carried by the
Authority of NSW as well as by the organization “Baulderstone Pty. Ltd”. The main aims of the
organization are to provide deliver project within the assumed budget and time and therefore the
organizational goals are associated with the project as the project also wanted to complete the project on
time for avoiding the issue of delay.

11. Project Manager
The project manager oversees from kick off phase of the project to the closeout phase in order to
execute the work as per the objective. In addition to this, they also have the responsibility pf activity
planning, organizing team, controlling time as well as estimating the budget of the project. It is found that
in order to make budget related decisions, approval from the project manager needs to be taken as they
are the ones who controls the budget so that the budget of the project does not overflows. Moreover, for
also undertaking changes in the project, approval from the project manager is necessary.
SECTION 2 - PROJECT INTEGRATION
Making appropriate reference to your project charter, address each section touching on each
point.
1. Project methodology
Briefly describe your methodology of choice for your project and indicate why you chose it.
Prince2 methodology is mainly selected for the construction of Anzac Bridge construction in Australia as it
is one of the process-based approach that mainly focuses on the organization and helps in controlling the
entire project from starting to closure effectively. It divides the project into number of stages which further
makes it very much easy to manage by the team members (Chih and Zwikael, 2015). In addition to this, it
helps in improving communication with the team and helps in making proper decision in the project.
2. Project life cycle
I. Identify project stages and key requirements for stage completion against client requirements
and project objectives. Use the table to guide you.
Stage Key requirements for stage completion against client requirements
and project objectives
Initiation Business case development, feasibility testing, project charter
establishment.
Planning Project plan, resource plan, financial plan and quality plan
Execution Design creation, bridge construction
Closure Post project review and documentation.
II. Discuss interdependencies and constraints that may impact on the project (choose one
example of constraint and one example of interdependency relevant to your project of choice
to argue your discussion about their impact).
It is found that the construction of the project is dependent on resource plan that will be undertaken in the
planning phase. If project resources are not selected and the team members are not assigned within the
project then the project design and construction work cannot be undertaken.

II. How would you analyse status reports and communicate progresses to stakeholders?
The status report that is present must showcase the percentage completion of each of the activities. The
