Accommodation can be described as group of rooms as well as building where people can be live
and stay (Agyeiwaah, 2019). It play important role for any tourist as they travel from one place
to another and require a place where they can stay like caravan, camp sites, hotels and others
things. It includes two things like service and non service. Service accommodation are those
which service in which a person can stay overnight like youth hostels, hotels, guest houses and
other things. Whereas non serviced accommodation is one in which a tourist needs to cater things
by themselves. This project report includes study of The Savoy Hotel which is UK based hotel
providing hotel service to their customers. This project report includes Goals and vision of
company. It also includes past and present operation of company and their place in terms of
market and product development.

The Savoy Hotel is one of hotel brand that is providing luxury services to their customers. It is a
hotel that is existed in England and was introduced in the year 1889 by Impresario Richard
D'Oyly Carte. It does not only providing hotel services but also providing restaurant service to
their customers (Akhy and Roy, 2020). It is considered as one of first luxury hotel existed at
Britain as it is considering electric lights in whole building, bathroom, that is furnished lavishly,
electric lifts and other things. It is an organization which is opened in the year 1889 that is owned
by Kinddom Holding. It has four restaurants in UK and three bards and consisting around 267
rooms. It has different types of facilities like parking, swimming pool gym and other things.
Goals of company
Short term: Short term goals of company is to overcome of impact of covid-19 in their
organisation as increasing threat of covid-19 create negative impact over hospitality organisation.
Long term: Long term goals of company is to balance heritage along with innovation as well as
experience with their tradition and luxury service.

Vision of The Savoy Hotel is to place extraordinary values to people as these are focusing on
creating memories for people along with stories (Chen, Kim and Mueller, 2021). It is also aiming
