focused on improving the team spirit to achieve organisational goals in a sustained
manner. At the same time, it will be much beneficial for Lego if it introduces or
designs a refined human resource strategy especially focusing on developing its
existing recruitment and selection process with a precise emphasis on hiring
employees based required key skills. Moreover, Lego should aim to develop the
internal organisational communication system for the betterment of the
organisation.
The modern human resource management practices can be determined to include
performance management, succession planning, and aptitude development, along
with building inter equity and providing competitive benefits. Human resources help
to cultivate better managers and employees. On the contrary, they also bring new
talents in an organisation. Thus, the efficiency of a human resource practice is as
important as a human resource strategy. Recruitment and selection is the only path
