increases their efficiency to regulate effective functioning. Furthermore, it is one of the largest
competitors of Starbuucks in different areas of the world.
For gaining insight information of the present report, it covers difference between role of
leader and function of manager. Furthermore, it includes theories and models of leadership and
management that can be applied to attain more desired level of efficiency. Moreover, key
approaches of operation management also explained to attain more significant functions at
workplace. At last, it explains factors that highly impact on the business environment and its
functions.
